RESUMEN

At present, there is no guidance or standard document to evaluate the performance of liquid stop membrane for infusion set, and it is impossible to conduct quantitative analysis and quality supervision of product performance. In this paper, a method for measuring bubble point pressure of liquid stop membrane is studied, and the correlation between bubble point pressure and the performance of liquid stop membrane is explored. The results of bubble point pressure test are used as the daily control index of liquid stop performance. It provides a practical reference value for the evaluation of liquid stopping performance of liquid stop membrane.

RESUMEN

Objective :To explore correlation between diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and cardiovascular disea-ses (CVD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods :A total of 375 T2DM patients ,who were treated in our community health service center from Jan 2014 to Jul 2016 ,were selected .Demographic characteris-tics ,systolic blood pressure (SBP) ,blood lipids ,blood glucose ,electromyogram and CVD were collected in all sub-jects using questionnaire .According to complicated CVD or not ,patients were divided into CVD group (n=54) and non-CVD group (n=321).Correlation among all indexes and CVD risk were analyzed .Multifactor Logistic regres-sion analysis was used to analyze independent risk factors for CVD risk .Results :Among the 375 T2DM patients ,54 cases (14. 4%) were complicated with CVD .Compared with non-CVD group ,there were significant rise in age≥65 years ,abnormal fasting blood glucose (FBG) , abnormal 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) , abnormal glycosy-lated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and SBP in CVD group , P<0.05 or <0.01 .Spearman correlation analysis indica-ted that age ,FBG ,2hPG ,DPN ,SBP and HbA1c were significant positively correlated with CVD risk (r=0.612~0.735 , P=0.001 all).Multifactor Logistic regression analysis indicated that DPN , abnormal FBG and abnormal 2hPG were independent risk factors for CVD (OR=1.248~2.023 , P<0.05 all). Conclusion : Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the independent risk factors for CVD in T2DM patients .Attention should be paid to preven-tion ,screening and early treatment of CVD in these patients in clinic .

RESUMEN

Objective To study clinical features of patients with Parkinson's disease (PD)with chronic pain and its correlation with cognitive function. Methods 100 PD patients with chronic pain were selected as the observa-tion group.100 PD patients without chronic pain were selected as disease control group.90 healthy subjects with pain were selected as control group.Statistical and clinical features of PD patients with pain, and the relationship between cognitive function were made. Results 100 patients with chronic pain with PD skeletal muscle pain in 42 cases (42.0%),motility pain in 23 cases (23.0%),23 cases of nerve root pain (23.0%),9 cases of central pain (9.0%),akathisia in 3 patients (3.0%);Control pain in patients with chronic pain with part mainly in the head and neck and the waist,PD patients with chronic pain with mainly in the limbs, pain in the two groups the incidence of head and neck pain, waist pain, limb pain had statistical differences (χ2 =10.017,4.990,21.770,all P 0.05).Conclusion PD associated with chronic pain is given priority to with skeletal muscle pain,PD associated with chronic pain pain is different from normal people,PD associated with chronic pain has influence on daily life, sleep quality and depression of patients bad feelings,PD associated with chronic pain are closely related to the depres-sion and cognitive dysfunction of patients.Cognitive and emotional disorders may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic pain.

RESUMEN

Objective To analyze the relationship between anemia and blood levels of lead and trace elements in children, and to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of anemia. Methods 80 children with anemia(case group)and 90 health children (control group)were enrolled in the study. The blood levels of trace elements (iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, copper)and lead were detected in all subjects,in order to analyze their correlations with anemia. Results Compared with control group, the blood levels of iron, zinc and magnesium in case group were significantly lower(P0.05).With the re-duction of iron, zinc and magnesium and the rise of calcium and lead, the severity of anemia increased significantly(P0.05).The blood level of iron was positive correlated with Hb,RBC and MCH (P<0.05).The blood level of zinc was positive correlated with Hb and MCH(P<0.05).The blood level of lead was negative correlated with Hb,MCV and MCH(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood level changes of trace elements and leas effect the severity of anemia in children. It is necessary to test the blood levels of trace elements and lead.
