RESUMEN

Este artigo faz parte de um projeto de trabalho sobre as relações entre feminismo e patriarcado na pós-modernidade. Parto da seguinte questão: qual é o mal-estar que se apresenta nas teorias feministas do século XXI e de inspiração pós-moderna? O mal-estar no feminismo ainda é sexual, como evidenciam as teorias que discutem as relações entre os sexos como a matriz da dominação masculina sobre a mulher? Como passo preliminar a esta análise, faz-se necessário apresentar as ferramentas teóricas que me permitem examinar o enlace entre as teorias feministas e as teorias pós-modernas. Desse modo, neste artigo, pretendo elencar os principais elementos teóricos das chamadas teorias críticas. Estas são a base da ideologia multiculturalista pós-moderna e constituem uma referência dominante da literatura feminista no século XXI. As teorias críticas se desenvolveram a partir do eco da descrença, da decepção, da destituição do projeto da modernidade científica da sociedade ocidental. Estas teorias estruturam-se em dois eixos fundamentais: um ceticismo radical em relação ao conhecimento objetivo, científico e a primazia das relações de poder como a força constituinte da sociedade. Dessa perspectiva, constitui-se um método da desconstrução generalizada de todas as referências simbólicas, culturais da sociedade ocidental, consideradas artifícios de dominação da elite sobre as minorias subalternas, dominadas. Como eixos desse método, destaco os seguintes pontos: o locus privilegiado do campo de ação do método de desconstrução é o campo da linguagem e os seus principais instrumentos são o chamado lugar de fala e o movimento politicamente correto.


Cet article s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un projet de travail sur les relations entre féminisme et patriarcat dans la postmodernité. Je commence par la question suivante : quel est le malaise qui apparaît dans les théories féministes du XXIe siècle et d'inspiration postmoderne ? Le malaise du féminisme est-il toujours sexuel, comme en témoignent les théories qui discutent des relations entre les sexes comme matrice de la domination masculine sur les femmes ? En guise d'étape préliminaire à cette analyse, il est nécessaire de présenter les outils théoriques qui me permettent d'examiner le lien entre les théories féministes et les théories postmodernes. C'est pourquoi, dans cet article, j'ai l'intention de lister les principaux éléments théoriques des théories dites critiques. Celles-ci constituent la base de l'idéologie multiculturaliste postmoderne et constituent une référence dominante dans la littérature féministe du XXIe siècle. Les théories critiques se sont développées à partir de l'écho de l'incrédulité, de la déception et du rejet du projet de modernité scientifique dans la société occidentale. Ces théories se structurent autour de deux axes fondamentaux : un scepticisme radical à l'égard des connaissances objectives et scientifiques et la primauté des relations de pouvoir comme force constitutive de la société. De ce point de vue, il constitue une méthode de déconstruction généralisée de toutes les références symboliques et culturelles de la société occidentale, considérées comme des dispositifs de domination des élites sur des minorités subordonnées et dominées. Comme axes de cette méthode, je souligne les points suivants : le lieu privilégié du champ d'action de la méthode de déconstruction est le champ du langage et ses principaux instruments sont ce qu'on appelle le lieu de parole et le mouvement politiquement correct.


This article is part of a work project on the relationship between feminism and patriarchy in postmodernity. I start with the following question: what is the malaise that appears in 21st century and postmodern-inspired feminist theories? Is the malaise in feminism still sexual, as evidenced by theories that discuss relations between the sexes as the matrix of male domination over women? As a preliminary step to this analysis, it is necessary to present the theoretical tools that allow me to examine the link between feminist theories and postmodern theories. Therefore, in this article, I intend to list the main theoretical elements of the so-called critical theories. These are the basis of postmodern multiculturalist ideology and constitute a dominant reference in feminist literature in the 21st century. Critical theories developed from the echo of disbelief, disappointment, and dismissal of the project of scientific modernity in Western society. These theories are structured around two fundamental axes: a radical skepticism in relation to objective, scientific knowledge and the primacy of power relations as the constituent force of society. From this perspective, it constitutes a method of generalized deconstruction of all symbolic and cultural references of Western society, considered devices of elite domination over subordinate, dominated minorities. As axes of this method, I highlight the following points: the privileged locus of the field of action of the deconstruction method is the field of language and its main instruments are the so-called place of speech and the politically correct movement.

[Objective]To discuss the pathogenesis,hierarchy,treatment and medication rules of deficiency of Yang with hyperactivity of Yin syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.[Methods]Combining with the medical theory of later physicians,this paper clarifies the pathogenesis and syndrome of deficiency of Yang with hyperactivity of Yin syndrome,explains the mechanism of Yang deficiency and Yin excess syndrome from the perspective of pathophysiology.This paper also analyzes the differences among the various versions of the text of the Shaoyin Chapter including the variations in disease location,the pathogen nature,stomach Qi and body fluid,and inducts the implicit therapeutic principles in the Shaoyin Chapter.[Results]The principle of differentiation and treatment for deficiency of Yang with hyperactivity of Yin syndrome is"protecting stomach Qi and preserving body fluids",which can be subdivided into Taiyin damp earth disease,Shaoyin monarch fire disease,and Jueyin wind wood disease.Through careful observation,questioning,smelling and palpation,combined with the pathological and physiological basis of modern medicine,it can accurately diagnose deficiency of Yang with hyperactivity of Yin syndrome.Shaoyin plays a crucial role in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The structure of the Shaoyin Chapter is well-organized and can dynamically reflect the changes in the pathogenesis of Shaoyin syndrome,the combination of Shaoyin and Taiyin or Jueyin,or the tri-coordination syndrome of these location.From the text,it can be inferred that the location of the disease begins on the surface and gradually extends to the interior.The treatment methods will include moxibustion,warming the meridians,warming Yang and dredging Yang.The severity of the illness and the presence of phlegm-fluid determine the treatment,which may involve dispersing cold,dispersing fluids,and promoting urination.The degree of exhaustion of bodily fluids may require either reviving Yang for resuscitation or nourishing Yin.[Conclusion]From a pathological and physiological perspective,the mechanisms behind the changes in the primary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine can be explained.When treating deficiency of Yang with hyperactivity of Yin syndrome,the selection of herbal prescriptions should be based on factors such as the disease location,the pathogen nature,stomach Qi and body fluids.The treatment principles for deficiency of Yang with hyperactivity of Yin syndrome have instructive significance for the treatment of other syndromes as well.

Abstract In this study, we analyzed associations between vaccination knowledge, vaccination intention, political ideology, and belief in conspiracy theories before and during the 2020 Sars-Cov-2 pandemic in the Brazilian population. It was conducted a longitudinal study into three data collections. Participants responded to the Flexible Inventory of Conspiracy Suspicions (FICS), questionnaires measuring their knowledge, and opinion about vaccines, and sociodemographic data. The results were: the greater the belief in conspiracy theories about vaccines, the lesser the intention to get vaccinated, the vaccine knowledge, and the attitudes towards vaccine investment. Religious, prone to right-wing politics, parents, and older people scored more for FICS than atheists/agnostics, and younger people. From 2019 to 2020 the vaccination intention and vaccination investment did not differ, showing that people did not change their opinion about vaccines regardless of personal experience or the pandemic scenario. The research strengthened the relevance of health education as a milestone for public health and protection from dangerous conspiracy theories.


Resumo Neste estudo, analisamos associações entre conhecimento sobre vacinação, intenção de vacinação, ideologia política e crença em teorias da conspiração antes e durante a pandemia da Sars-Cov-2 de 2020 na população brasileira. Foi realizado um estudo longitudinal em três coletas de dados. Os participantes responderam ao Inventário Flexível de Suspeitas de Conspiração (FICS), a questionários medindo seu conhecimento e opinião sobre vacinas e dados sociodemográficos. Os resultados obtidos foram: quanto maior a crença em teorias da conspiração sobre vacinas, menor a intenção de se vacinar, o conhecimento da vacina e as atitudes em relação ao investimento em vacinas. Religiosos, propensos à política de direita, pais e idosos pontuaram mais para FICS do que ateus/agnósticos e pessoas mais jovens. De 2019 a 2020, a intenção de vacinação e o investimento em vacinação não diferiram, mostrando que as pessoas não mudaram de opinião sobre as vacinas, independentemente da experiência pessoal ou de um cenário de pandemia. Nossa pesquisa sugere fortalecer a educação em saúde como um marco para a saúde pública e proteção de perigosas teorias da conspiração.

Resumen El campo de la cognición ha tenido una larga historia en la que los modelos formales, el cuerpo y la interacción con el mundo físico y social han tenido significados y papeles variados. En los últimos años, las propuestas han intentado reintroducir el cuerpo y la variabilidad cognitiva resultante de la sensibilidad a contextos ricos e impredecibles. Este artículo presenta el enactivismo autopoiético, una de las versiones esenciales de las teorías encarnadas dentro de las ciencias cognitivas, señalando algunas limitaciones de las teorías clásicas de procesamiento de la información y sus nociones de representación. En este distanciamiento, las ciencias cognitivas han recuperado el cuerpo, la sensibilidad y flexibilidad de los procesos cognitivos, la naturaleza dinámica de la experiencia y el valor de los sistemas culturales que sustentan la actividad cognitiva.


Resumo O campo da cognição tem uma longa história na qual modelos formais, o corpo, e a interação com o mundo físico e social tiveram significados e papéis variados. Nos últimos anos, as propostas tentaram reintroduzir o corpo e a variabilidade cognitiva resultante da sensibilidade a contextos ricos e imprevisíveis. Este artigo apresenta o enativismo autopoiético, uma das versões essenciais das teorias corporizadas dentro das ciências cognitivas, apontando algumas limitações das teorias clássicas de processamento de informação e as suas noções de representação. Nesse distanciamento, as ciências cognitivas recuperaram o corpo, a sensibilidade e flexibilidade dos processos cognitivos, a natureza dinâmica da experiência e o valor dos sistemas culturais que sustentam a atividade cognitiva.


Abstract The field of cognition has had a long history where formal models, the body, and interaction with the physical and social world have had varied meanings and roles. In recent years, proposals have tried to reintroduce the body and the cognitive variability resulting from sensitivity to rich and unpredictable contexts. This article presents the autopoietic enactivism, one of the essential versions of embodied theories within the cognitive sciences, pointing out some limitations of classical information processing theories and their notions of representation. In this distancing, cognitive sciences have recovered the body, the sensitivity and flexibility of cognitive processes, the dynamic nature of experience, and the value of the cultural systems that support cognitive activity.


Résumé Le domaine de la cognition a connu une longue histoire dans laquelle les modèles formels, le corps et l'interaction avec le monde physique et social ont eu des significations et des rôles variés. Ces dernières années, des propositions ont tenté de réintroduire le corps et la variabilité cognitive résultant de la sensibilité à des contextes riches et imprévisibles. Cet article présente l'enactivisme autopoïétique, l'une des versions essentielles des théories incarnées au sein des sciences cognitives, en soulignant certaines limites des théories classiques du traitement de l'information et de leurs notions de représentation. Avec cet écartement, les sciences cognitives ont récupéré le corps, la sensibilité et la flexibilité des processus cognitifs, la nature dynamique de l'expérience et la valeur des systèmes culturels qui soutiennent l'activité cognitive.

Este artículo trata sobre la aplicabilidad de las teorías de enfermería en la investigación a nivel local, regional y nacional durante el período 2018-2019. Se enfoca en tres teóricas de enfermería, Orem, Watson y Leininger, cuya elección se fundamenta en su vinculación con el plan de estudios y el perfil del egresado de la Licenciatura en Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional del Sur (UNS). Objetivo: analizar la aplicabilidad de las teorías seleccionadas en las investigaciones de enfermería a nivel local, regional y nacional e identificar los obstáculos o motivaciones percibidas por los docentes en relación a la utilización de dichas teóricas por parte del estudiantado. Metodología: abordaje con enfoque cualitativo, de tipo documental y análisis del discurso, mediante la utilización de dos técnicas de recolección de datos: análisis documental de datos secundarios sobre estudios académicos como son las tesis y los trabajos finales para acceder al título de grado realizados por estudiantes de Enfermería de distintas universidades a nivel local, regional y nacional y entrevista semiestructurada a docentes de la UNS. Los resultados indican que, de los 24 trabajos de investigación seleccionados a nivel local, solo 7 incluyeron a las autoras seleccionadas; 8 a nivel regional y 7 a nivel nacional. Las entrevistas realizadas a docentes revelaron que las teorías no se utilizan en la investigación debido a la creencia de que es innecesario y por la dificultad de su aplicación en el campo de la práctica. En conclusión, el estudio sugiere un déficit en la utilización de las teorías de enfermería seleccionadas a nivel local, regional y nacional. Es necesario ampliar el estudio para investigar el discurso de los docentes en cuanto a la aplicación de este marco epistemológico, tanto en la teoría como en la práctica[AU]


This article deals with the applicability of nursing theories in research at the local, regional and national level during the period 2018-2019. It focuses on three nursing theorists, Orem, Watson and Leininger, whose choice is based on their relationship with the study plan and the profile of the graduate of the Nursing Degree from the Universidad Nacional del Sur (UNS).Objective: to analyze the applicability of the selected theories in nursing research at a local, regional and national level and to identify the obstacles or motivations perceived by teachers in relation to the use of these theories by the student body.Methodology: a qualitative approach, of a documentary type and discourse analysis, through the use of two data collection techniques: documentary analysis of secondary data on academic studies such as theses and final works to access the degree title carried out by Nursing students from different universities at a local, regional and national level and a semi-structured interview with UNS professors The results indicate that, of the 24 research papers selected at the local level, only 7 included the selected authors; 8 at the regional level and 7 at the national level. Interviews with teachers revealed that theories are not used in research due to the belief that it is unnecessary and because of the difficulty of its application in the field of practice. In conclusion, the study suggests a deficit in the use of selected nursing theories at the local, regional and national level. It is necessary to expand the study to investigate the discourse of teachers regarding the application of this epistemological framework, both in theory and in practice[AU]


Este artigo trata da aplicabilidade das teorias de enfermagem na in-vestigação a nível local, regional e nacional durante o período 2018-2019. Centra-se em três teóricos de enfermagem, Orem, Watson e Leininger, cuja escolha se baseia na sua relação com o plano de es-tudos e o perfil do graduado da Licenciatura em Enfermagem da Universidad Nacional del Sur (UNS). Objetivo: Analisar a aplicabili-dade das teorias selecionadas na pesquisa em enfermagem em nível local, regional e nacional e identificar os obstáculos ou motivações percebidas pelos professores em relação à utilização dessas teorias pelo corpo discente. Metodologia: abordagem qualitativa, do tipo documental e análise do discurso, através da utilização de duas téc-nicas de coleta de dados: análise documental de dados secundários de estudos acadêmicos como teses e trabalhos finais para acesso ao título de licenciatura realizado por estudantes de Enfermagem de diferentes universidades a nível local, regional e nacional e uma en-trevista semiestruturada com professores da UNS.Os resultados indicam que, dos 24 trabalhos de investigação selecio-nados a nível local, apenas 7 incluíram os autores selecionados; 8 a nível regional e 7 a nível nacional. As entrevistas com os professores revelaram que as teorias não são utilizadas nas pesquisas por acredi-tarem que são desnecessárias e pela dificuldade de sua aplicação no campo da prática. Concluindo, o estudo sugere um défice na utili-zação das teorias de enfermagem selecionadas a nível local, regional e nacional. É necessário ampliar o estudo para investigar o discurso dos professores quanto à aplicação desse referencial epistemológico, tanto na teoria quanto na prática[AU]

RESUMEN

This article is a literature review describing and analysing the main theoretical and empirical developments that have addressed the concept of identity and its role in crime based on criminology and other disciplines. The literature review was based on a search both in Spanish and English in the Web of Knowledge, Scopus, and Scielo databases. The exposition of theoretical proposals follows a chronological and disciplinary field order, including identity perspective, the sociology of deviance, developmental criminology, and several of the leading contemporary approaches. It highlights the dissemination and importance of identity perspective between the 1950s and 1970s and the subsequent criticism that it was reductionist, lacking theoretical support, and not in dialogue with other criminological proposals. Thereupon, emphasis is placed on the subsequent contributions and proposals, which demonstrate the consistency of the concept, as well as its versatility and articulation with different disciplinary approaches to the understanding of the criminal phenomenon. The conclusion highlights the richness of the concept, its projections, and the importance of its revitalisation.


Este artículo es una revisión bibliográfica en la que se describen y analizan los principales desarrollos tanto teóricos como empíricos que han abordado el concepto de identidad y su rol asociado a la delincuencia, desde la criminología y otras disciplinas. La revisión bibliográfica se basó en una búsqueda en español e inglés en las bases de datos Web of Knowledge, Scopus y Scielo. La exposición de propuestas teóricas sigue un orden cronológico y de campo disciplinar, incluyendo la perspectiva de la identidad, la sociología de la desviación, la criminología del desarrollo y algunos de los principales planteamientos contemporáneos. Se destaca la difusión e importancia que tuvo la perspectiva de la identidad entre los años cincuenta y setenta, y la posterior crítica que la señaló como reduccionista, carente de sustento teórico y poco dialogante con otras propuestas criminológicas. Luego se enfatiza en las contribuciones y propuestas posteriores, las que dan cuenta de la consistencia del concepto, así como de su versatilidad y articulación con distintas aproximaciones disciplinares abocadas a la comprensión del fenómeno delictivo. Se concluye destacando la riqueza del concepto, sus proyecciones y la importancia de su revitalización.


Este artigo é uma revisão bibliográfica que descreve e analisa os principais desenvolvimentos teóricos e empíricos que abordaram o conceito de identidade e seu papel associado ao crime, a partir da criminologia e de outras disciplinas. A revisão bibliográfica baseou-se em uma busca em espanhol e inglês nas bases de dados Web of Knowledge, Scopus e Scielo. A apresentação das propostas teóricas segue uma ordem cronológica e disciplinar de campo, incluindo a perspectiva identitária, a sociologia do desvio, a criminologia do desenvolvimento e algumas das principais abordagens contemporâneas. Destaca-se a difusão e importância que a perspectiva identitária teve entre as décadas de 1950 e 1970. E as críticas posteriores que a apontaram como reducionista, carente de respaldo teórico e pouco diálogo com outras propostas criminológicas. Em seguida, destacam-se as contribuições e propostas subsequentes, que dão conta da consistência do conceito, bem como da sua versatilidade e articulação com diferentes abordagens disciplinares destinadas à compreensão do fenómeno criminal. Conclui-se destacando a riqueza do conceito, suas projeções e a importância de sua revitalização.

Resumen El proceso de adopción comprende cambios importantes en las familias adoptivas, pues implica una reestructuración y adaptación a una nueva organización del sistema familiar. Durante este proceso los padres elaboran expectativas y creencias respecto a cómo comportarse frente a los cambios y adaptarse a sus hijos, desde donde dirigen sus prácticas de crianza. La percepción del tiempo que tenga cada persona posee un papel en cómo se desarrolla la identidad tanto individual como familiar, pues las experiencias pasadas, vivencias actuales y expectativas del futuro influyen en sus acciones. Por lo tanto, es posible decir que los padres adoptivos elaboran teorías subjetivas sobre este proceso y especialmente en relación con el tiempo de espera de la adopción, explicaciones que podrían incidir en la forma en que enfrentan este nuevo desafío y se preparan para la parentalidad. El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo comprender las teorías subjetivas sobre el tiempo de espera y las experiencias de la parentalidad adoptiva. Participaron diez madres y padres adoptivos mediante entrevistas episódicas individuales. Se analizaron los datos obtenidos utilizando técnicas de tres procedimientos de análisis: de contenido basado en la Teoría Fundamentada, específico para las teorías subjetivas y de la perspectiva temporal. De los hallazgos se destacan teorías subjetivas de contenido emocional ansioso durante el proceso de adopción. Además, contar con una red de apoyo, compartir experiencias con otros padres y el uso de estrategias personales son las principales estrategias de adaptación de los padres adoptivos que les permiten sobrellevar los sentimientos negativos durante el proceso.


Abstract The adoption process includes important changes in adoptive families, since it implies a restructuring and adaptation to a new organization of the family system. The path to parenthood entails changes at levels of mental, physical and social health, which in the case of adoptive parents, the challenges are greater or are altered in some way due to the unique characteristics of their experiences and the obstacles they face. To these challenges are added the usual stressors that parents face, such as changes in roles, increased stress, lack of sleep, alterations in the relationship and intimacy of the couple and difficulties that arise in raising their children. On the other hand, time is configured as a concrete dimension through which life develop. The relationship between objective time and subjective or psychological time will shape the perception of time that each person has, which has a role in how both individual and family identity develops. This is because people´s actions are influenced by past experiences, current experiences and future expectations. One of the areas of the adoption process that has not yet been deepened is the waiting time, the period of time between obtaining the suitability and assignment of the minor to the adoptive family, which can be considered important for the future family depending on how adoptive parents face it, this because the way in which the adoption process is experienced impacts both the path to parenthood and post-adoption adaptation. In fact, it confirms that waiting time influences the psychological well-being of adoptive parents. Therefore, it is possible to say that adoptive parents elaborate subjective theories about this process and especially in relation to the waiting time for adoption, explanations that could influence the way in which they face this new challenge and prepare for parenthood. The present study aimed to understand subjective theories about the waiting time and experiences of adoptive parenting. Ten adoptive mothers and fathers participated in this study through individual episodic interviews. The data obtained were analyzed using techniques of three analysis procedures: content based on Grounded Theory, specific for subjective theories and time perspective.

O objetivo da presente investigação consiste em identificar e descrever estudos empíricos nacionais que se debrucem sobre os processos de ensino, vivência, aprendizagem e treinamento do futebol, em diferentes níveis de prática no contexto brasileiro. Foi realizada uma revisão do tipo overview em 39 periódicos nacionais (QUALIS CAPES 2013-2016, área 21), entre os anos 2001 e 2021. Os 12 artigos selecionados, produzidos em quatro regiões do Brasil, discutiram três principais temáticas: métodos de ensino; formação e atuação de treinadores; e prática dos atletas. Os achados alinham-se aos principais temas discutidos pela Pedagogia do Esporte, mas também apontam para uma importante lacuna na agenda investigativa da área, quanto a pesquisas que visam compreender os variados aspectos constituintes dos ambientes futebolísticos brasileiros.


The aim of this investigation is to identify and describe studies national empirical studies that focus on the processes of teaching, experience, football learning and training, at different levels of practice in the context Brazilian. An overview review was carried out in 39 national journals (QUALIS CAPES 2013-2016, area 21), between the years 2001 and 2021. The 12 articles selected, produced in four regions of Brazil, discussed three main themes: teaching methods; formation and performance of coaches; and practice of athletes. The findings are in line with the main themes discussed by Sport Pedagogy, but also point to an important gap in the investigative agenda of the area, regarding the research that aims to understand the various constituent aspects of environments understand the various constituent aspects of Brazilian football environments.


El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar y describir los estudios empíricos nacionales que se centran en los procesos de enseñanza, experiencia, aprendizaje y entrenamiento de fútbol, en diferentes niveles de práctica en el contexto Brasileño. Se realizó una revisión general en 39 revistas nacionales (QUALIS CAPES 2013-2016, área 21), entre los años 2001 y 2021. Los 12 artículos seleccionados, producidos en cuatro regiones de Brasil, discutieron tres principales temas: métodos de enseñanza; formación y desempeño de entrenadores; y práctica de los atletas. Los hallazgos están en línea con los principales temas discutidos por la Pedagogía del Deporte, pero también apuntan a un importante vacío en la agenda investigativa del área, en cuanto a la investigación que tiene como objetivo comprender los diversos aspectos constitutivos de los entornos del fútbol brasileño.

Resumo Objetivou-se identificar os significados atribuídos ao autocuidado e a relação deste com as ações adotadas por trabalhadoras sexuais na prevenção e enfrentamento à COVID-19. Estudo qualitativo, apoiado na teoria de Enfermagem do Autocuidado. Realizou-se entrevista em profundidade com 30 trabalhadoras sexuais, do Alto Sertão Produtivo Baiano. Utilizou-se o software IRAMUTEQ para análise dos discursos, com o dendrograma da Classificação Hierárquica Descendente. Evidenciou-se quatro classes que revelam os significados atribuídos ao autocuidado: a ideia de que o autocuidado promove obter qualidade de vida e bem-estar; o dinheiro como instrumento facilitador de ações de autocuidado, tanto na prevenção da COVID-19, quanto para enfrentamento das dificuldades; além da noção de que o autocuidado contribui para o cuidado daqueles(as) que as cercam. Conclui-se que as trabalhadoras sexuais demonstraram entender o conceito de autocuidado em associação a noção de precaução, enquanto a prevenção é feita mediante as recomendações feitas por órgãos competentes. Outrossim, percebeu-se um déficit de autocuidado pelas próprias condições presentes no serviço sexual e nas dificuldades impostas pela pandemia.


Abstract The objective was to identify the meanings attributed to self-care and its relationship with the actions taken by female sex workers in preventing and coping with COVID-19. Qualitative study supported by the Self-Care Nursing theory. An in-depth interview was carried out with 30 female sex workers from the Alto Sertão Produtivo Baiano. The IRAMUTEQ software was used to analyze the speeches, with the Descending Hierarchical Classification dendrogram. Four classes were observed, revealing the meanings attributed to self-care: the idea that self-care promotes quality of life and well-being; money as a facilitating instrument for self-care actions, both in preventing COVID-19 and in coping with difficulties; in addition to the notion that self-care contributes to the care of those around them. It is concluded that the female sex workers demonstrated to understand the concept of self-care in association with the notion of precaution, while prevention is carried out through the recommendations made by competent bodies. Furthermore, a self-care deficit was noticed due to the conditions present in the sexual service and the difficulties imposed by the pandemic.

OBJECTIVE@#To observe the impacts of acupuncture on depressive mood and sleep quality in patients with comorbid mild-to-moderate depressive disorder and insomnia, and explore its effect mechanism.@*METHODS@#A total of 60 patients with comorbid mild-to-moderate depressive disorder and insomnia were randomly divided into an observation group (30 cases, 1 case dropped off) and a control group (30 cases, 2 cases dropped off). In the observation group, acupuncture and low frequency repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) were combined for the intervention. Acupuncture was applied to Baihui (GV 20), Yintang (GV 24+), Neiguan (PC 6) and Yanglingquan (GB 34), etc., the needles were retained for 30 min; and the intradermal needles were embedded at Xinshu (BL 15) and Danshu (BL 19) for 2 days. After acupuncture, the rTMS was delivered at the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (R-DLPFC), with 1 Hz and 80% of movement threshold, lasting 30 min in each treatment. In the control group, the sham-acupuncture was adopted, combined with low frequency rTMS. The acupoint selection and manipulation were the same as the observation group. In the two groups, acupuncture was given once every two days, 3 times weekly; while, rTMS was operated once daily, for consecutive 5 days a week. The duration of treatment consisted of 4 weeks. Hamilton depression scale-17 (HAMD-17) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores were observed before and after treatment, as well as 1 month after the treatment completion (follow-up period) separately. Besides, the levels of nerve growth factor (BDNF) and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the serum were detected before and after treatment in the two groups.@*RESULTS@#After treatment and in follow-up, the HAMD-17 scores were lower than those before treatment in the two groups (P<0.05), and the scores in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total scores and the scores of each factor of PSQI were reduced in the two groups in comparison with those before treatment except for the score of sleep efficiency in the control group (P<0.05); the total PSQI score and the scores for sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). In the follow-up, except for the scores of sleep duration and sleep efficiency in the control group, the total PSQI score and the scores of all the other factors were reduced compared with those before treatment in the two groups (P<0.05); the total PSQI score and the scores of sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum BDNF and GABA were increased in comparison with those before treatment in the observation group (P<0.05), and the level of serum BDNF was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Acupuncture relieves depressive mood and improves sleep quality in patients with comorbid mild-to-moderate depressive disorder and insomnia. The effect mechanism may be related to the regulation of BDNF and GABA levels and the promotion of brain neurological function recovery.

RESUMEN

In the new Model Core Curriculum, the objective stated is to "understand the importance of medical research for the advancement of medicine and medical care, and support innovation in medicine through involvement in academic and research activities, developing one's scientific thinking skills." Importantly, scientific background and researcher training education, such as laboratory assignments, are clearly positioned in the Model Core Curriculum and are available to all students. The curriculum consists of five components : Developing a research mindset, Understanding established theories, Conducting Research, Publishing Research, and Research Ethics. In addition, laboratory experience and practical training in basic medicine were also added to the description. Further policy and financial support for researchers will be necessary to increase the number of basic medical researchers in the future.

Abstract This paper unsettles taken-for-granted understandings of social inclusion in the field of occupational therapy and links with the concept of radical inclusion developed in social occupational therapy. It traces the ways that, over time, inclusion has been reduced to a position within the inclusion/exclusion binary. Pierre Bourdieu's reflexive theory of practice is introduced to expand understandings of how the negative value accorded to disability is reproduced through exclusionary social conditions and relations. Drawing on the results of a qualitative study that examined the everyday lives, practices and occupations of 13 Canadian youth who used augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) modes as a result of physical impairments, three elements of more inclusive social spaces - safety, communion, and recognition - are presented alongside implications of each for occupational therapy. These alternative approaches for thinking beyond inclusion are grounded by narratives illustrating elements of social spaces that can foster a sense of belonging and connection. The perspectives shared by youth in the study add complex insights into how they made 'practical sense' of prevailing calls for social inclusion. Their stories show how even as they struggled for inclusion, they were subject to and internalized negative valuations of disability. Importantly, the paper highlights strategies employed by youth to reformulate inclusion on their own terms. These reformulations go beyond over-simplified conceptions of inclusion and hold potential to inform the ways that occupational therapists work alongside individuals and collectives to improve life chances, expand occupational possibilities, and support flourishing for disabled children and youth.


Resumo Este artigo desestabiliza os entendimentos aceitos sobre a inclusão social no campo da terapia ocupacional e relaciona-os com o conceito de inclusão radical desenvolvido na terapia ocupacional social. Traça as maneiras pelas quais, ao longo do tempo, a inclusão foi reduzida a uma posição simplificada dentro do binário inclusão/exclusão. A teoria reflexiva da prática de Pierre Bourdieu é introduzida para expandir a compreensão de como o valor negativo atribuído à deficiência é reproduzido por meio de condições e relações sociais excludentes. Com base nos resultados de um estudo qualitativo que examinou a vida cotidiana, práticas e ocupações de 13 jovens canadenses que usam modos de comunicação aumentativa e alternativa (AAC), em decorrência de suas deficiências físicas, três elementos de espaços sociais mais inclusivos são apresentados juntamente com as suas implicações para a terapia ocupacional: segurança, comunhão e reconhecimento. Essas abordagens para pensar além da inclusão são fundamentadas em narrativas que ilustram elementos dos espaços sociais que podem promover um sentimento de pertencimento e conexão. As perspectivas compartilhadas pelos jovens acrescentam percepções complexas sobre como eles deram "sentido prático" aos apelos predominantes por inclusão social. Suas histórias mostram como, mesmo enquanto lutavam pela inclusão, foram submetidos e internalizaram avaliações negativas sobre a deficiência. Importante ressaltar as estratégias empregadas pelos jovens para reformular a inclusão em seus próprios termos, que vão além de concepções simplificadas de inclusão e têm potencial para informar as maneiras pelas quais os terapeutas ocupacionais trabalham com indivíduos e coletivos para melhorar as oportunidades de vida, expandir a ocupação.

O objetivo deste artigo é refletir sobre os processos de incorporação teórica na conjuntura profissional do Serviço Social e suas consequências na formação e atuação contemporâneas. Bem como, refletir estratégias de valorização da intenção de ruptura diante da tradição conservadora em que a profissão foi gestada. Para isso, utilizamos referencial bibliográfico e material empírico de dados coletados na última pesquisa do Grupo de Estudos em Serviço Social, Formação Profissional e Política Social (GEPSS/UFPA), do qual fazemos parte. As falas que ilustram nossa análise advêm de entrevistas semiestruturadas com profissionais formados sob a égide das novas Diretrizes Curriculares na Universidade Federal do Pará e em universidades particulares presenciais e a distância. Concluímos este artigo com a definição de que o neoconservadorismo ou a pós-modernidade tem influências significativas em nossa formação, mas que não ultrapassam a necessidade de conhecimento e valorização da intenção de ruptura. Isso indica a urgência em negritar este debate antagônico no âmbito profissional para fortalecer a profissão que, historicamente, se posiciona de forma crítica


The objective of this article is to reflect on the processes of theoretical incorporation in the professional environment of Social Work and its consequences in contemporary training and performance. As well as reflecting on strategies for valuing the intention to break with the conservative tradition in which the profession was created. For this, we used bibliographic reference and empirical material from data collected in the last research of the Group of Studies in Social Work, Professional Formation and Social Policy (GEPSS/UFPA), of which we are part. The lines that illustrate our analysis come from semi-structured interviews with professionals trained under the aegis of the new Curriculum Guidelines at UFPA and at private universities both on-site and at a distance. We conclude this article with the definition that neoconservatism or postmodernity has significant influences on our formation, but that do not go beyond the need for knowledge and appreciation of the intention of rupture. This indicates the urgency of highli-ghting this antagonistic debate in the professional sphere in order to strengthen the profession, which has historically taken a critical position

Este ensaio reflete sobre como as noções de linguagem, poder, gênero e subjetividades, dialogam entre si, tomando como base epistemológica para este debate, a perspectiva teórica feminista pós-estrutural (Haraway, 1995; Scott, 2002), em sua inflexão com as propostas feministas negra (Gonzaléz, 2018); e descolonial (Lugones, 2014; Rivera Cusicanchi, 2010). Discutiremos a partir de duas cenas que atuam enquanto "eventos discursivos" (Beaugrande, 1997). O primeiro trata de uma evocação, em um encontro entre uma das pesquisadoras e uma criança, ao sistema-sexo/gênero e às ciladas discursivas que atravessam corpos e subjetividades. A segunda, descreve o encontro entre duas jovens mulheres brancas de classe média, sobre questões de aborto provocado, desnudando tensões entre igualdade e diferença e o campo dos direitos reprodutivos. Nas duas cenas as provocações se estabelecem, trazendo a centralidade da linguagem e do poder em relação com questões de raça, classe e gênero para as construções subjetivas.


This essay reflects on how the notions of language, power, gender and subjectivities dialogue with each other, taking as an epistemological basis for this debate the post-structural feminist theoretical perspective (Haraway, 1995; Scott, 2002), in its inflection with the black feminist (Gonzalés, 2018); and decolonial (Lugones, 2014; Rivera Cusicanchi, 2010) proposals. We will discuss from two scenes that act as "discursive events" (Beaugrande, 1997). The first deals with an evocation, in a meeting between one of the researchers and a child, about the sex/gender system and the discursive pitfalls that cross bodies and subjectivities. The second describes the encounter between two young white middle class women on issues of induced abortion, laying bare tensions between equality and difference and the field of reproductive rights. In both scenes, provocations are established, bringing the centrality of language and power in relation to issues of race, class and gender to the subjective constructions.


Este ensayo reflexiona sobre cómo las nociones de lenguaje, poder, género y subjetividades dialogan entre sí, tomando como base epistemológica para este debate, la perspectiva teórica feminista post-estructural (Haraway, 1995; Scott, 2002), en su inflexión con las propuestas feministas negras (Gonzalés, 2018); y descolonial (Lugones, 2014; Rivera Cusicanchi, 2010). Discutiremos desde dos escenas que actúan como "eventos discursivos" (Beaugrande, 1997). El primero trata de una evocación, en una reunión entre una de las investigadoras y un niño, sobre el sistema sexo-género y las trampas discursivas que cruzan cuerpos y subjetividades. El segundo describe el encuentro entre dos jóvenes mujeres blancas de la clase media, en torno a temas de aborto inducido, exponiendo tensiones entre igualdad y diferencia, y el campo de los derechos reproductivos. RESUMEN El éxito del tratamiento de la displasia del desarrollo de la cadera está íntimamente ligado a una intervención temprana, o sea, a un diagnóstico y tratamiento precoces y seguros. El estudio radiográfico tradicionalmente se ha sustentado en la medición de una serie de parámetros, la cual se realiza mediante el goniómetro, marcando directamente en la radiografía. Sin embargo, este procedimiento tiene sus desventajas. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo exponer las características de una plantilla para medir la cadera con desarrollo displásico en el lactante. Se explica cómo proceder con la herramienta propuesta; se argumentan sus posibilidades y metodología de aplicación, y se ilustra su factibilidad desde el punto de vista práctico. La plantilla permite evaluar la cadera del lactante, independientemente de la osificación del núcleo de la cabeza del fémur; así como determinar si la cadera es normal; y en caso de ser patológica, clasificarla en dependencia del grado de severidad de la afección.


ABSTRACT The success of developmental dysplasia of the hip treatment is closely linked to early intervention, that is, early and safe diagnosis and treatment. The radiographic study has traditionally been based on the measurement of a series of parameters, which is carried out using the goniometer, marking directly on the radiograph. However, this procedure has its disadvantage. The present study aims to expose the characteristics of a template to measure the hip with dysplastic development in infants. It explains how to proceed with the proposed tool; its possibilities and application methodology are argued, and its feasibility from a practical point of view is illustrated. The template allows evaluation of the infant's hip, regardless the femoral head nucleus ossification; as well as determines if the hip is normal; and if it is pathological, classifies it depending on the degree of severity of the condition.

In 2019, a new variant of coronavirus emerged that put the whole world on a standstill due to its unprecedented spread and morbidity. Since then, scientists have been working on several theories to explain the origin and pathogenesis of the virus. Over this period of time, it has been observed clinically that individual variation exists in the way this virus infects people, its symptomatology and sequelae. The pathophysiology is still unclear. This review was taken up to consolidate all the available information until date about current theories of etiopathogenesis with an understanding of potential therapeutic targets on the mechanisms. This review also highlights the gray areas that need to be addressed in the future. Research papers published up to December 7, 2020 were included based on a search on PubMed, Google Scholar, etc., to get the latest relevant literature on this topic. Coronavirus expresses differently in different individuals, affecting different organ systems, and having variable severity. However, the underlying pathogenic mechanisms are not completely understood. Due to the lack of definite curative therapy, it is essential to explore the basic pathophysiology so as to develop more effective and target-based therapies in the future.

India started vaccination drives in January of 2021. One of the biggest challenges faced by the govern-ment was the hesitancy to get vaccinated. Vaccine hesitancy causes the vaccination process to be de-layed, affecting the process of building herd immunity and allowing the virus to evolve. Certain anthropo-logical factors are responsible for vaccine hesitancy in a community. These factors are broadly catego-rised as personal beliefs, the role of media, and religion. An in-depth analysis of available literature, including the grey literature indicated that these factors influence an individual’s decision-making. Vac-cine hesitancy was largely affected by rumours surrounding it. Contradictory information regarding the vaccines created uncertainty about the consequences of getting vaccinated. A holistic approach is neces-sary to tackle vaccine hesitancy. The interventions from the government need to consider these social and cultural factors to address vaccine hesitancy in the future. Due to the diverse sample size, there is a need for various actors and stakeholders to come together and implement demographic-specific measures to address vaccine hesitancy in India.

Na conjuntura atual, a COVID- 19 representa uma séria ameaça ao bem-estar físico e psicológico da comunidade global. Por se tratar de um vírus com elevado potencial de transmissão, as orientações da Organização Mundial de Saúde para reduzir sua proliferação envolvem medidas sanitárias e ações de isolamento social. Dentre os aspectos de cunho psicológico que podem afetar as decisões de conformidade com as ações de isolamento social, pode-se consi-derar a crença em teorias da conspiração. Considerando a influência que tais teorias exercem sobre o comportamento das pessoas, o presente artigo teórico teve como objetivo delinear o panorama vigente sobre o estudo das crenças em teorias da conspiração no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19, bem como discutir o impacto que as mesmas exercem sobre a saúde e a conduta dos indivíduos. Em suma, este trabalho fornece subsídios para a ampliação dessa discussão a nível teórico e para o desenvolvimento de estudos empíricos consi-derando a realidade brasileira.


In the actual scenario, COVID-19 represents a serious threat to the physical and psychological well-being of the global population. The new coronavirus (SARS-COV-2) is highly contagious and easily transmitted; in this sense, the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) to reduce this contamination involve sanitary actions and measures such as social isolation. Amongst the psychological aspects that might affect decisions on whether to follow such measures, we can highlight conspiracy theories beliefs. Considering the influence that such theories have on people's behaviors, the current theo-retical paper aims to provide an overview of studies on beliefs in conspiracy theories in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to discuss the impact that they have over people's health and behavior. In summary, this paper provides resources to amplify this discussion on a theoretical level and to develop empirical studies considering the Brazilian reality.


En la coyuntura actual, la COVID-19 representa una seria amenaza para el bienestar físico y psicológico de la comunidad global. El nuevo coronavirus (SARS-COV-2) tiene un alto potencial de transmisión, en este sentido, los lineamientos de la Organización Mundial de la Salud para reducir su prolife-ración involucran medidas sanitarias y acciones de aislamiento social. Entre los aspectos psicológicos que pueden afectar las decisiones para cumplir con las acciones de aislamiento social, se puede considerar la creencia en teorías de la conspiración. Considerando la influencia que tales teorías tienen en el comportamiento de las personas, este artículo teórico tuvo como objetivo esbozar el panorama imperante en el estudio de las creencias en las teorías conspirativas en el contexto de la pandemia de COVID-19, así como el impacto que tienen en la salud y la conducta de las personas. En definitiva, el trabajo brinda apoyo para ampliar las discusiones a nivel teórico y para el desarrollo de estudios empíricos considerando la realidad brasileña.

@#Introduction: The objective of the study was to explore the aspects of work-based learning environments and to identify the factors that stimulate or inhibit learning based on the theoretical framework of experiential learning. Utilizing Kolb’s learning cycle, the authors aimed to describe, compare and analyze two learning situations in undergraduate medical education, and to consolidate recommendations based on the theoretical principles. Methods: Data collection was done through a qualitative approach by interviews and observations at two institutes for 4th year undergraduate medical students in a tertiary hospital in Malaysia and in Singapore. Results: Kolb’s learning cycle stages can be linked to the learning situations. Both institutions had the problem of high student to educator ratios. There was limited opportunity for the students to examine and present patients. Time limitation was another constraint as not all students could perform physical examinations. These inadequate opportunities to apply knowledge and active participation limited the “concrete experience”. As discussion and feedback sessions were insufficient, the “reflective observation” and “conceptualization” stages were also compromised. Educators had difficulty determining if students made sense of the cases and if their learning was adequate. “Active experimentation” was also limited to end-of-posting examination only. Conclusion: Kolb’s learning cycle from the experiential learning theory can be used in these learning contexts to identify methods to improve students’ knowledge and skills acquisition, as well as to encourage reflection and applied learning.

A Doença Renal Crônica (DRC) é caracterizada pela perda progressiva e irreversível da função renal, acometendo milhões de pessoas no mundo, as quais necessitam realizar uma terapia renal substitutiva (TRS). Embora o avanço tecnológico e científico venha aperfeiçoando métodos terapêuticos pautados nas melhores evidências, muitas vezes se negligencia as complexidades presentes no ambiente de cuidado, como sentimentos, que são considerados evidências qualitativas, inerentes à dimensão existencial do indivíduo. Isto posto, se faz necessário resgatar a singularidade de um cuidado onde o ser humano é o foco. Acredita-se que, por meio de referenciais teóricos que orientem os enfermeiros a identificar esses sentimentos na prática clínica, eles poderão ser contemplados no planejamento do cuidado, tornando-o singular e completo. Justificativa: tem-se como tese que uma teoria de médio alcance fundamentada na Teoria Humanística de Enfermagem é relevante para embasar um modelo de cuidado ao paciente em TRS em direção a uma prática clínica que reconheça as evidências qualitativas do paciente, valorizando a dimensão existencial deste e do profissional de enfermagem. Objetivo: Desenvolver uma teoria de médio alcance da dimensão existencial do ser no mundo da DRC embasada na Teoria Humanística de Enfermagem. Metodologia: Estudo qualitativo (POLIT; BECK, 2011), com o referencial metodológico da Teoria Fundamentada em Dados, segundo Charmaz (2009). O estudo foi realizado no Serviço de Nefrologia do Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. A amostra foi de 7 enfermeiros, 3 técnicos de enfermagem e 10 pacientes em TRS. Os dados foram coletados entre janeiro de 2020 e janeiro de 2021, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, realizada de forma virtual por meio do aplicativo Zoom após a assinatura do termo de consentimento livre esclarecido (TCLE). Também foram criados memorandos. As entrevistas foram transcritas e, depois, analisadas no software NVivo 12, para realizar as codificações inicial, focalizada e axial, estabelecer as categorias com suas respectivas subcategorias e elementos estruturais baseadas no referencial teórico da filosofia existencialista e a Teoria Humanística de Enfermagem de Paterson e Zderad (1979). Resultados: Foram encontradas três categorias: 1) Desvelando o ser no mundo da DRC, com duas subcategorias: Ser enfermagem e Ser paciente, e dois pressupostos: Encontrando-se, Preocupando-se; 2) Contexto de cuidado, com duas subcategorias: Ambiente e Temporalidade, e um pressuposto: Passando o tempo; 3) Transcendendo o mundo da DRC, com duas subcategorias: Aceitando a DRC e Projetando possibilidades para transcender, e dois pressupostos: Motivando para transcender e Angústias do ser no mundo da DRC. Elas orientaram a construção da teoria, que está estruturada em quatro metaparadigmas, seis pressupostos, vinte conceitos e afirmações não relacionais, dezenove afirmações relacionais entre os conceitos, fundamentos teóricos e um modelo teórico. Considerações finais: A teoria da dimensão existencial do ser no mundo da DRC é abstrata o suficiente para ser aplicável a qualquer "ser" que adentra o mundo da DRC, em diferentes contextos, conferindo-lhe o nível de abstração de médio alcance. Contribui para consolidar a enfermagem enquanto arte e ciência, porque nasce da prática assistencial e da pesquisa, resgatando o que lhe diferencia nas disciplinas da saúde, que é o cuidado de excelência.


The Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is characterized by the progressive and irreversible loss of renal function that affects millions of people around the world, who need substitutive Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT). Although technical and scientific advances have improved therapeutic methods based on the best evidences, the complexities of the work environment, such as feelings, are often neglected, despite being considered to be qualitative evidences inherent to the existential dimension of the individual. Consequently, it is necessary to recover a type of care where the human being is the focus. Through theoretical framework that can guide nurses to identify these feelings in clinical practice, these can be included in the planning of care, making it individualized and complete. Justification: A middle-range theory based on the Humanistic Nursing Theory is relevant to give the bases of a model for the care of the patient undergoing RRT, leading towards a clinical practice that recognizes the qualitative evidences of the patient and values their existential dimension, as well as that of the nursing professional. Objective: To develop a middle-range theory of the existential dimension of the Dasein of the CKD, based on the Humanistic Nursing Theory. Methodology: Qualitative study (POLIT; BECK, 2011) whose methodological references were based on the Grounded Theory by Charmaz (2009). The study was carried out by the Nephrology Service of the General Hospital of Porto Alegre. The sample included 7 nurses, 3 nursing technicians, and 10 patients undergoing RRT. Data were collected from January 2020 to January 2021 through semistructured interviews carried out online using the application Zoom, after the Free and Informed Consent Form (FICF) had been signed. Memorandums were also created. The interviews were transcribed and later analyzed in the NVivo 12 software for initial, focused, and axial coding, and for the establishment of the categories, the subcategories, and the structural elements based on the theoretical references of existentialist philosophy and on Paterson and Zderad Humanistic Theory of Nursing (1979). Results: Three categories were found: 1) Revealing the Dasein of the CKD, with two subcategories: Being Nurse and Being Patient, and two presuppositions: Finding oneself, and Worrying; 2) Context of care, with two subcategories: Environment and Temporality, and one presupposition: Passing time; 3) Transcending the work of CKD, with two subcategories: Accepting CKD, and Projecting possibilities of transcendence, and two presuppositions: Motivating for transcendence and Anguishes of the Dasein of CKD. They guided the construction of the theory, which was structured around four metaparadigms, six presuppositions, twenty concepts and non-relational statements, nineteen relational statements between the concepts, theoretical frameworks, and atheoretical model. Final considerations: The theory of the existential dimension of the Dasein of the CKD is abstract enough to be applicable to any "being" that enters the world of CKD in different contexts, thus being a middle-range level abstraction. It contributes to consolidate nursing as an art and a science, since it is born from the practices of care and research, recovering that which makes it unique among health disciplines, which is the excellence in care.
