RESUMEN
The current interdisciplinary research on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） often comes from the simple combination of TCM application needs and mature engineering technology. Actually， higher goal of cross-disciplinary research should be the win-win development of TCM and interdisciplinary majors. In detail， to enhance the innovative development of original thinking mode of TCM， meanwhile， to stimulate the innovation of interdisciplinary majors with medical tasks. Previously， we successfully performed the research on the objective representation of pre-disease and disease state of dyslipidemia in population with phlegm-dampness constitution. Taking this project as an example， this paper discusses the methodology on scientific issue positioning， key medical tasks selection， interdisciplinary theory， and technology exploration， to expounds the research design and ideas which could be generalized in other cross-disciplinary research of TCM.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the thoughts and ways of clinical pharmacist in nephrology department to review medi-cal orders,and to provide reference for rational drug use in nephrology department. METHODS:Based on specific cases of nephrolo-gy department,the thoughts and ways of clinical pharmacist in nephrology department to review medical orders were investigated from several aspects,including whether the therapeutic drugs had covered all the problems,drug duplication,drug selection,usage and dosage and course of treatments,drug interaction and compatibility. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:By establishing rigorous and systematic review thinking mode,based on their professional specialty,clinical pharmacists of nephrology department can sort the reviewing thought,fill in the gaps of medical orders reviewing and enhance the ability of participating in the clinical practice.

To design teaching course of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case-based learning (CBL) for standardized training of clinicians based on clinical decision thinking mode (CDTM) of diagnosis and treatment process for primary liver cancer. The CDTM of treatment choice for primary liver cancer is multi-scheme selection model. The general decision rule includes decision condition, action plan and decision tree. For the theoretical study of clinical decision rules, it is suitable to design PBL teaching, but it is suitable to design CBL teaching course for clinical decision-making practice. The teaching course of PBL combined with CBL is conducive to improving the ability of clinicians' clinical decision thinking step by step.

The syndrome differentiation of TCM is the combination of logical thinking and non-logical thinking. There are many factors that can influence the syndrome differentiation, and its core is the thinking model of syndrome differentiation. So many TCM doctors payed attention to it in the past dynasties, and a famous doctor must have good thinking of syndrome differentiation. The writer discussed some common used thinking model of syndromes differentiation on basis of medical records of different dynasties as well as visiting some famous doctors.

To study the newly-developed drug of Chinese materia medica (CMM) for clinic use is an intricate systematical engineering with multi factors between subject and object, such as the theoretical system of disciplines, the objects of study, and the consumers of the drug. The characters, advantages, and deficiency in the simple systematic theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the reductionism of the western medicine in the latter days, and the modern systematology of the neoteric TCM. Base on the view point of systematical thinking mode for study on new drug of CMM used for clinic, the forming process of CMM is divided into three stages, they are the formation of raw medicinal materials, the preparation of the drug, and the in vivo metabolism of the drug, among every stages each factor is analyzed. The thinking mode and the research method explored for the newly-developed drug of CMM are put forward by the above-mentioned rational knowledge. The focuses and key problems in the study are approached in scientific practice. Finally an argument on this topic is set fourth. That is, applying the thinking mode to observing the interference rule of CMM on diseases in clinic from various sides of life movement in an integrity, common relation, and varied way by means of the verified experimental measure and systematic analysis method. Acting on the principle of combining the inheritance with the innovation, keeping on developing what is useful and healthy, and discarding what is not in TCM, the modern CMM will be degenerated and obtained in a completely new sense.
