Objective:To discuss the problems that exist in the operation mechanism of the third -party media-tion mode of medical disputes in China and put forward suggestions for improvement , through comparative study of the third-party mediation mode of domestic and foreign medical disputes .Results:People's mediation mechanism of medical disputes in our country still hadsome problems .For example , mediation talents were insufficient;propa-ganda was inadequate;mediation results were difficult to implement;mediation support funds couldn ' t be guaran-teed, and so on.Conclusion:It is recommended to improve the remuneration of employees and standardize the staff selection system;increase propaganda and raise public awareness;improve the judicial confirmation system and en-hance the guarantee of agreement;save regulation cost and increase multi -financing channels .

After several in -depth investigations on the third party mediation mechanism of "Guangdong mode" in Guangdong Harmony Medical Dispute Mediation Committee and combined with the analysis of the domes-tic and foreign medical dispute disposal experience , this paper summed up five points that successful construction of harmonious mediation mechanism should grasp .The five points include the fairness of harmonious mediation thoughts , the feasibility of harmonious mediation paths , the justice of harmonious mediation mechanism , the suita-bility of harmonious mediation environment and the success of harmonious mediation results .Only when grasp these five points, couldit create a gradually harmonious doctor -patient relationship .

Objective:To investigate and analyze the cognition onthe third-party mediation among medical staff in a tertiary general hospital of Nanjing,and thus to put forward rational suggestions.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 doctors from a tertiary general hospital.Chi-square test and non-parametric test were used to analyze the data.Results:Totally 57.5％ of doctors thought the doctor-patient relationship was tense,78.5％ of doctors to some extent had understood the third-party mediation,91.5％ of doctors thoughtthe third-party mediation played a different role in dealing the medical disputes,71.0％ of doctors had heard of medical liability insurance,and 89.5％ of doctors thought it necessary to purchase the medical liability insurance.Conclusions:Doctors gradually accept the third-party mediation,but as a new thing,the main bodies at all levels should publicize the third-party mediation so as to give full play to the role of it.

The credibility of the third-party mediation agencies in medical disputes lies in their own advantages of efficiency,neutrality,professionalism and objectivity.However,because of the differences of actual operation,the credibility of the third-party mediation agencies often is questioned by both doctors and patients and the public.Aiming at these,this paper would study the status and the pushing approach of the third-party mediation agencies credibility from the perspective of professionalism and neutrality,legislation,fundraising channels and supervision.

Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital has scored an initial success in dealing with medical disputes since the medical liability insurance and third-party mediation mechanism were introduced into the hospital in 2013.The paper identified problems found in the practice,and recommended the following:rationalizing the cost of insurance coverage,expanding scope of third-party mediation properly,enhancing professional authority in assessment of medical dispute cases,simplifying insurance compensation procedure,and consolidating the legal status of the medical dispute mediation institutions,for better resolution of such disputes.

Objective:To study the cause of the medical disturbances and its influential factors, to formulate the corresponding prevention strategy and measures. Methods:Total 32 medical disturbances in a hospital were an-alyzed and evaluated. Results:The number of medical disturbances in this hospital was declining. The department of maternity, orthopedic, pediatrics had the most medical disturbances. The compensation for the patients with med-ical disturbances was 2. 18 times as the patients without medical disturbances. Conclusion:It should be clear the causes of the medical disturbances and countermeasures should be proposed according to the reasons, rationally re-solve doctor-patient conflicts.
