RESUMEN

The article introduces the practice of cultivating general practitioners (GPs) in Shanghai Weifang Community Health Service Center of Pudong New Area. The center has long emphasized in talent introduction and professional training for them. The cultivation of introduced talents included study in Zhongshan-Weifang general teaching clinic, the "3+ 2" continual education, study in specialty clinics and various assessment approaches, aiming to improve the their clinical competence. At the same time, the incentive mechanism is used, including salary raising, engagement in research projects, and position promotion. To build an excellent community health service team is the foundation for the quality service and comprehensive health system reform in community health service centers.

RESUMEN

Young faculty are an essential part of a university's strength and is important for its sustainable development.And their scientific research capability is associated with the long-term development of the university.At present,there are 4 major problems with the development of young faculty's research capabilities,which include their relatively single academic knowledge structure,insufficient experience in writing proposals,insufficient opportunities for academic exchange,and inequity in resource allocation.Establishing a training mechanism may help solve some of the problems and promot their development.The research management department of a university must abandon erroneous traditional management concepts,provide research training seminars,develop a new mechanism to stimulate academic exchange,design a system for short-term laboratory rotations,and promote the participation of your faculty in major research projects.These may bring about marked improvement in the improvement of young faculty's research capabilities.

RESUMEN

This article described the importance of mechanism refonil in the graduate student training and presented its contents.Also,It summarized the characteristics of the reforill proposals in some universities,and analyzed the problems required to attend and solve ia the refogln.The characteristics of the proposals included to set up innovative fund by university,to perform the student awarded police of tutor leading,to establish the scientific system in recruiting students.By analyzing the problems developed during the reform four measures were lannched,which included to establish evaluating system in assessing students,to create a good relationship between students and tutors,to improve the ability and morality of tutors,and to adjust the management method of research funding.It would be possible to reach the objective of perfecting the reform proposal during the implementation of the measures.
