RESUMEN

Objective:To establish a high-quality critical illness scoring program by VBA programming.Methods:The acute physiology and chronic health evaluatin Ⅱ (APACHEⅡ), Logistic organ dysfunction score (LODS) and sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) were combined into a program with visual basic for applications (VBA) of Microsoft Excel. Taking the case data published in the literature as an example, the program was applied to SOFA score. First, directly copied the patient's data, such as age, body weight, body temperature, pulse, blood pressure, blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood gas analysis, etc. Then, returned to the program, clicked the "paste data" button, and the data would be automatically filled in, and selected the worst option. Then, the usage of norepinephrine, mechanical ventilation, Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score and 24-hour urine volume were input according to the situation. Finally, clicked the "score" button to get SOFA score.Results:Pasted the data directly into the critical illness scoring program and checked it accordingly. The total time from data input to abtaining scoring result was less than 2 minutes; and the repeatability was strong.Conclusion:The application of VBA self-programming can quickly and accurately perform critical illness scoring.

RESUMEN

In order to reduce the working intensity of medical staff in inspecting patients during traditional infusion, a remote monitoring system for intravenous infusion is designed for solving the problem of delay in handling treatment during infusion process and to reduce the incidence of medical accidents. The system uses Visual Basic.NET language to develop the upper computer platform for infusion monitoring. It uses the Arduino control board and infrared photoelectric sensor to form a monitoring device to detect relevant information. At the same time, it uses Zigbee wireless sensing technology to transmit data and upload it to the software platform. The results show that the system can receive data from multiple monitoring terminal devices in the upper computer platform application interface at the same time. It can display the data in the nurse station in a graphical way, and perform alarm warning and information storage during the infusion process. The infusion monitoring system can observe the monitoring situation in real time, reduce the workload of medical staff, and further improve the operating efficiency and safety of the hospital.

RESUMEN

Objective To enhance follow-up efficiency,to facilitate the doctor to master the disease progression outside of the hospital and to reminder the patient for review.Methods A patient review and follow-up reminder program was developed with VB6.0 and Microsoft Access database,which was gifted with the functions of data adding,data deletion,data inquiry, prompting,automatic staring up at boot,background data backup of daily follow-up patient and etc.Results Trials proved that the program with high stability made the follow-up rate reach 98%,the doctor master the disease progression outside of the hospital and the patient acquainted with the nursing knowledge and review information. Conclusion The program improves the patient follow-up and thus promotes the treatment efficiency.

Objective To establish a calculation software to determine paternity index(PI) in parentage testing and likelihood ratio (LR) in individual recognition.Methods Based on relevant industry standards and literature, using Visual Basic 6.0 to write the program.Results We successfully developed the calculation software for paternity index (PI) in parentage testing and likelihood ratio (LR) in individual recognition.Conclusion The calculation software can help staff to improve the calculation efifciency, and serve the forensic evidence.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To improve the automation of hospital pharmaceutical warehouse management by using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) language so as to improve work efficiency. METHODS:Through editing VBA language of Microsoft of-fice software,the experience of our hospital was swmmarized,such as letting the computer automatically sort,split and encrypt, pharmaceutical email and track purehase plan. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:By adopting VBA programming,our hospital has re-alized automatic splitting of the pharmaceutical purchase plan,sending pharmaceutical shortage warning and automatic warning doc-ument management. Pharmaceutical purchase plans are sent faster and drug distribution to our hospital is becoming more timely. The management of document that have a period of validity is becoming more intelligent. Massive manpower and resoure are saved,and the work efficiency is greatly improved. New ideas and methods for smart warehouse management are provided.

Objective: To realize cycle management early warning function of measuring instruments. Methods: The software will visit the existing access log files of measuring instruments for the next test date. They are compared with the system date. Software will alarm when measurement instruments test cycle is about to expire. Results: By setting the parameters, the software can easily access the measuring equipment log files. It can effectively implement early warning function. Conclusion:Visual Basic6.0 achieved the development of this software conveniently, took up less system resources, powerful, effectively preventing the verification of measuring instruments and missed period expired to happen.

OBJECTIVE: To overcome the defects of pharmaceutical preparations record files caused by hand writing or typing. METHODS: Based on Visual Basic 6.0 and the powerful automatic data processing capability of Microsoft Excel, the file management system of pharmaceutical preparations was made and put into use. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: This system offers complete and standardized experimental record. The operation is easy and convenient. After inputting the constants and variable data, the system can perform many functions, such as automatic word input, automatic calculation of experimental data, autosaving and autotyping experiment log and automatic record query. The system can greatly enhance work efficiency meanwhile eliminating medicine accident caused by computational errors.

AIM:Base on individual antihypertensive drugs therapy related genotyping microarray, with platform of Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0,developed hypertension microarray data analysis system vl.0.By reading GPR or LSR file produced by microarray scanners,the system automatic determine microarray validity,generate relative genetype result and store for later database manage.METHODS:The Microsoft Visual Basic V6.0 was used for programming tools.RESULTS.After analysised 1025 microarray, the results showed that system run smoothly and reliable,greatly increased the analysis efficiency. CONCLUSION:Software design succeed, achieved the desired objectives.
