RESUMEN

Objective To explore the effect of the public welfare training of esophageal speech on the psychological condition of the laryngectomees. Methods Using experimental research method and convenient sampling method to select 96 laryngectomees as research object by inclusion and exclusion criteria in Hubei province. The public welfare training was used to guide the laryngectomees to learn the esophageal speech. Then, laryngectomees′ restoring vocalization, self-rating anxiety and self-rating depression would be assessed in a month before training, a month after training and half a year after training. The results were analyzed by descriptive analysis, chi-square test, F-test and so on. ResuLts Ninety-six laryngectomees participated in the public service esophageal language training one month before, one month after and half a year after the training. The number of patients recovered completely from 3 to 39 to 72 in the recovery of pronunciation function. There was significant difference in the distribution (χ2=195.579, P<0.01). The score of anxiety and depression was (54.84±9.19), (47.41±8.16), (42.92 ± 7.16) points and (59.00 ± 8.87), (52.48 ± 8.16), (47.56 ± 7.41) points. There were significant differences (χ2=79.772, 82.705, P<0.01). ConcLusions Most laryngectomees have the different degrees of anxiety and depression after surgery. By carrying out the public welfare training of esophageal speech on laryngectomees, the psychological state of the laryngectomees can be effectively improved.

Este artigo aborda questões do adolescer cidadão e teve como objetivo analisar as percepções dos adolescentes sobre cidadania e como estes a percebem no cotidiano. Estudo qualitativo, descritivo, exploratório, realizado durante os meses de julho e agosto de 2007,cujas informações foram coletadas por meio de questionários semiestruturados. Participaram da pesquisa 59 adolescentes regularmente matriculados na 8ª série do ensino fundamental de uma escola da Rede Estadual de Educação de Santa Catarina. Os dados foram agrupados segundo a técnica do discurso do sujeito coletivo e posteriormente analisados. Conclui-se que as percepções sobre cidadania são pautadas por representações culturais, políticas, econômicas e sociais, sendo seus valores produzidos na confluência de diferentes espaços e influências.Refletindo sobre situações cotidianas, os alunos identificaram o exercício da cidadania em várias situações, seja na família, na escola ou na comunidade...


This article addresses some issues about citizenship in adolescence and has had as aim to analyze the adolescents' perceptions about citizenship and how them perceives it in their daily life. Qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study developed in 2009, July and August, which information were obtained by a semi structured questionnaires. A case study featured by an exploratory descriptive qualitative research in which information was collected through semi-structured questionnaires during the months of July and August of 2007.Regularly 59 adolescent registered in the 8th year of the fundamental education of a Santa Catarina State school. Data were grouped and analyzed according to the collective subject speech technique. It is concluded that perceptions of citizenship are guided by cultural, political, economic, and social representations, being its values produced in the confluence of different spaces and influences. En esto artículo se aborda cuestiones de la ciudadanía adolescente y tuvo como objetivo analizar las percepciones de los adolescentes refeentes a la ciudadanía y como la perciben en el cotidiano. Estudo cualitativo, despriptivo y exploratorio, realizado durante los meses de julio y agosto de 2007, cuyas informaciones fueron recogidas por medio de cuestionarios semiestructurados. Participaron de la investigación 59 adolescentes estudiantes en el 8º grado de educación primaria en una escuela de la Red de Educación del Estado de Santa Catarina, Brasil. Los datos fueron agrupados agrupados según la técnica del discurso del sujeto colectivo y posteriormente analizados. Se concluye que las percepciones de la ciudadanía son guiados por las representaciones culturales, políticas, económicas y sociales, siendo sus valores producidos en la confluencia de los diferentes espacios y influencias.Al reflexionar sobre situaciones cotidianas, los estudiantes identifican el ejercicio de la ciudadanía en diversas situaciones, ya sea en familia, escuela o comunidad...
