RESUMEN

The purpose of this study was to compare the accuracy of the working models fabricated by the subtractive and additive processing methods based on the 3-dimensional reconstruction model. A total of 20 models were fabricated with subtractive processing method from polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) blocks using the stereolithography (STL) file of master gypsum model and another 20 models were fabricated with additive processing method using 3D printer with 0.025 mm of a layer thickness. The CAD-reference-model (CRM) and CAD-test-model (CTM) were superimposed by a software for accuracy analysis (Geomagic Qualify 13), where the STL files were transformed to point cloud data and the surface data (CRM and CTM) were subjected to initial alignment and followed by re-alignmented according to best-fit superimposition. The distances between surface data and all points, in this process, were converted to the root mean square (RMS) and averaged. In the experimental results, It was shown that the accuracy is higher in work model fabricated by additive processing method compared to one fabricated by subtractive one (p < 0.05). In addition, it is considered that the working model fabricated by subtractive processing method is to be clinically applicable by improving the improper reproducibility of the tooth surface and depressed area.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the influences of parent-child attachment security memory activation on college students'general attachment working model. Methods 152 college students were randomly distributed to three groups, among which there were two experimental groups accepting father-child or mother-child memory activation, and one control group accepting non-interpersonal memory activation. Results Mather-child security memory activation significantly increased subjects' scores on others-model of general attachment to females (F= 3.83;P <0.05), scores of mather-child security memory activation group were significantly higher than those of fatherchild group ( 7.88 ± 7.24,4.49 ± 7.53; P < 0.05 ) and control group ( 7.88 ± 7.24,4.71 ± 6.83; P < 0.05 ).Father-child security memory activation significantly increased subjects' scores on self-model of general attachment to males (F= 6.35; P < 0.01 ), scores of father-child security memory activation group were significantly higher than that of mather-child group (6.33 ±5.39,2.44 ±6.14; P<0.01 ) and control group (6.33 ± 5.39,2.59 ±6.10; P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Parent-child attachment security memory activation have major influences on college students' general attachment working model, in which the effect of gender differences provides some inspiration for clinical interferences.

RESUMEN

@#With the development of social concept and community service, the development of model of community rehabilitation serviceshas been changed profoundly to promote the mainstream development of the disabled. By means of eliminating poverty, supportingthe disabled and their families to benefit from health, education, livelihood development and social integration, etc., meeting the basic needsand raise quality of life, helping the disabled to integrate and participate in the community development process become mainstream thoughtin the community rehabilitation development. Referring to the community rehabilitation concept advocated by international organizationsuch as WHO, this article elaborates the accomplishments and experiences of community rehabilitation achieved by China Disabled PersonsFederation in the 8 poverty-stricken counties in midwestern China .

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To explore the working model of developing pharmacovigilance in our hospital. METHODS:179 ADR cases reported in our hospital in 2008 were analyzed and the measures to carry out pharmacovigilance were introduced. RESULTS:Due to the practice of pharmacovigilance, the incidence of serious ADRs in our hospital was lowered significantly, down to 0 case in 2008 from 8 cases during 2005~2007; the proportion of rational drug use increased and the ADR reporting rate increased. CONCLUSION:To maintain high level of rational drug use,it is imperative to develop pharmacovigilance in our hospital.

RESUMEN

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among mother-daughter relationship, husband-wife relationship, and prenatal attachment according to pregnant women's internal working model. METHOD: A convenience sample of 68 pregnant women was recruited from two OBGYN hospitals in M city. Data collection was conducted through the use of an Adult Attachment Interview and questionnaires. This study used a descriptive correlational design and the period of investigation was from July 3-20, 2002. 41 of the 68 women were in a secure pregnant women's internal working model and 27 of the 68 in insecure ones. The data were analyzed by Chi-square test, t-test, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. RESULT: The results of this study were as follows: Mean score of the prenatal attachment of the secure pregnant women and mean score of the mother-daughter relationship of the secure pregnant women was significantly higher than that of insecure ones. 3) Prenatal attachment was negatively and significantly related to mother-daughter attachment and husband-wife attachment in the secure pregnant women's internal working model. However it was not significantly relationship in insecure pregnant women's internal working model. CONCLUSION: It is found in this study that there is an intergenerational attachment relationship during pregnancy. Further findings support the development of creative strategies to enhance positive attachment relationships for pregnant women. It is recommended to develop nursing education of attachment for the insecure pregnant women's internal working model.
