RESUMEN

@#AIM: To summarize the implementation effect of comprehensive prevention and treatment service model for diabetic ophthalmopathy in Pudong New Area, and provide practical reference for the establishment and improvement of the community-based comprehensive prevention and treatment service model of diabetic ophthalmopathy.
METHODS: From 2018-08 to 2019-08, diabetes patients with chronic disease management were selected for screening in the 45 community of Pudong New Area, stratified sampling by age and sex. The eye health data of long-distance screening were analyzed, and master the degree of satisfaction and participation willingness through the questionnaire survey.
RESULTS: The screening included 39 055 patients with DM, all of whom established eye health files for the first time. 15.870%(6 198/39 055)was made a definite diagnosis preliminarily of diabetic retinopathy, the prevalence of mild, moderate, severe NPDR and PDR were 3.974%, 9.904%, 1.746% and 0.246% respectively. The rate of needing referral was 44.325%(17 311/39 055); the rate of actual follow-up was 5.846%(1 012/17 311); the satisfaction of DR screening and willingness to participate were over 85%.
CONCLUSION: The service mode of comprehensive prevention and treatment for diabetic ophthalmopathy based on remote screening system was feasible for early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention of diabetic ophthalmopathy, but it needs further optimization and improvement in practice application.

RESUMEN

Objective To analyze susceptibility of clinically isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)to carbape-nems,and observe the effect of classified management of antimicrobial agents on carbapenem susceptibility. Methods PA isolated from Peking University Cancer Hospital between October 2012 and March 2014 were collected,uni-variate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were adopted to study the risk factors for non-suscepti-bility to carbapenems, susceptibility of PA to carbapenems before and after the implementation of classified manage-ment of antimicrobial agents was analyzed. Results A total of 125 strains of PA were isolated, mainly from patients with esophageal cancer(n=30,24.0%)and colorectal cancer(n=29,23.2%);the main specimens were drainage fluid and wound secretion(n=62,49.6%);the main source departments were surgical wards(n=86,68.8%). Univariate analysis showed that non-susceptibility of PA to carbapenems was related to strains from surgical wards, hospitalization within 3 months, carbapenem exposure, and length of hospital stay>4 weeks. Logistic regression analysis showed that 3 independent risk factors were:strains from surgical wards, exposure to carbapenems, and length of hospital stay>4 weeks. Susceptibility of PA to carbapenems after implementation of antimicrobial man-agement was 74.6%,which was higher than 53.4% before management(P= 0.015).Conclusion Strains from surgical wards, carbapenem exposure, and length of hospital stay>4 weeks are independent risk factors for no-sus-ceptibility of PA to carbapenems;susceptibility of PA to carbapenems is increased after strict implementation of antimicrobial classified management system.

RESUMEN

80% defined as category A,B,and C,respectively.Category A drugs were regarded as the focus of management, category B as the second focus of management, category C underwent general management, category D drugs were regarded as the focus in purchase.RESULTS:Hospital first-order drug storeroom and secondary drug storerooms classified their drugs into their own A,B,and C categories (category D was consistent). The consumption sum of category A drugs(about 20% of drugs) accounted for 60%;the consumption sum of category B drugs(about 20% of drugs) accounted for 20%;and the consumption sum of category C drugs(about 60% of drugs) plus that of small quantity of category D drugs accounted for 20%.CONCLUSION:This method can ensure drug supply and help maximize ec-onomical benefits with least human, material and financial resources.
