RESUMEN

Based on the theory of spleen-stomach in The Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor (《黄帝内经》), the theory of "middle jiao deficiency causes seminal changes" focuses on the ways in which the spleen-stomach deficiency affect male seminal disorders, as well as the ideas and methods of treating seminal disorders from the perspective of the spleen and stomach. Based on the discussion of spleen and stomach in The Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor, the theoretical connotations of “middle jiao deficiency causes seminal changes” are clarified in terms of the scope of the disease, the etiology of the spleen deficiency, the pathogenesis changes, and the treatment of the disease. It is believed that the connotation of "semen" includes the semen itself and the semen chamber as a whole, and that the core pathogenesis of "seminal changes" is the deficiency of spleen and stomach, which also involves kidney deficiency. Taking the theory of "middle jiao deficiency causes seminal changes" as a guide, the treatment idea of "regulating middle jiao and rectifying essence" was established, with the key of tonifying the middle jiao and regulating transportation and transformation of spleen and stomach, and the aim of regulating essence chamber and promoting the metabolism of turbid substances and the production of essence. It is divided into three methods, including tonifying, transporting, and clearing the middle jiao to rectify semen, so as to providing new ideas for the treatment of male seminal disorders from the spleen and stomach.

RESUMEN

[Objective] To explore and analyze Professor YE Lihong's clinical experience in treating gastric cancer. [Methods] Through the clinical study with the teacher to collect and collate the relevant information and medical records, from the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer, governance and other aspects of the specific analysis and discussion Professor YE Lihong treatment of this disease academic point of view and clinical experience ,it summed up the law of condemnation, and to the case of evidence, through regular follow-up,observing the treatment effect. [Results] Professor YE Lihong views that the basic pathogenesis of gastric cancer to the spleen and stomach-based ,qi stagnation, phlegm, blood stasis, cancer as the standard, throughout the course of the disease is the development and changes in the basic aspects of gastric cancer. In the treatment of gastric cancer advocates to Fuzheng mainly,Quxie supplement, emphasizing the qi stagnation, phlegm, blood stasis, cancer poisoning treatment, while the appropriate use of special prescription. Clinical use in the improvement of gastric cancer patients with a clear effect. [Conclusion] Professor YE Lihong stressed the treatment of gastric cancer when the treatment for this, syndrome differentiation, while focusing on Quxie,Chinese medicine to guide the treatment of gastric cancer has important significance.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the correlation between TCM differentiation of syndromes typing for ulcerative colitis (UC) and expressions of Bax and Caspase-3.Methods 50 patients with UC were divided into 2 groups according to TCM syndrome differentiation including dampness-heat internal accumulation syndrome group (25cases),deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome group (25cases).Immunohistochemistry was used to study expression of Bax and Caspase-3 in colonic mucosas and compare with the normal group (25cases).Results The expressions of Bax were highest in dampness-heat internal accumulation syndrome group (4.56±1.58).The expressions of Bax of deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome group were lower than dampness-heat internal accumulation syndrome group(3.28± 1.14)scores.There were significant differences between the three groups (P<0.05).However,There were no significant difference between dampness-heat internal accumulation syndrome group and deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome group in terms of the Caspase-3expressions (P>0.05).In addition,Caspase-3 and Bax were positively related in each group(r=0.23and 0.21).Conclusion The high expressions of Bax,Caspase-3 in ulcerative colitis were closely related to TCM typing according to syndrome differentiation.Caspase-3 and Bax were adjustment in apoptosis. The detection of expression of Bax,Caspase-3 is helpful to the TCM syndrome differentiation and to the selection of treatment plan.At the same time,it can provide more important experiment basses for the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the effect of treating child anorexia belonging to deficiency of spleen and stomach type with Jianpichongji. Methods A total of 100 children with anorexia were randomly recruited into a control group (40 cases)and a treatment group (60 cases). The control group was treated with Shibeigao ganule, and the treatment group was treated with Jianpichongji. Therapeutic effects between the two groups after the treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% and 77.5% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, showing statistical difference (P=0.035).Conclusion It was effective to treat child anorexia belonging to deficiency of spleen and stomach type with Jianpichongji.
