RESUMEN

Objective To observe the anesthesia effect and safety of different doses of midazolam on operation in patients with lung cancer , to explore the appropriate dose.Methods 60 cases with lung cancer were divided into observation group and control group according to the dosage of midazolam,30 cases in each group.Hemodynamic changes, recovery time, extubation time, pain score and the dosage of anesthetic drug in the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant differences in hemodynamic indexes of each time point of the two groups .Compared with control group, recovery time, extubation time, pain score, the dosage of propofol and remifentanil dosage in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Select the 0.075 mg/kg midazolam for lung cancer operation before anesthesia induction can reduce the operation to patients stimulation, make the operation smoothly.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of different doses ambroxol hydrochloride on lung protection of patients in perioperative thoracotomy. METHODS:60 patients in perioperative thoracotomy were randomly divided into control group(30 cas-es)and observation group(30 cases). Control group received 30 mg Ambroxol hydrochloride injection from 1 week before surgery to 1 week after surgery,adding into 100 ml 0.9% Sodium chloride injection,intravenously,twice a day. Observation group re-ceived 300 mg Ambroxol hydrochloride injection from preoperative 1 week to postoperative 1 week,adding into 100 ml 0.9%Sodi-um chloride injection,intravenously,twice a day. All patients received the second-generation cephalosporin antimicrobial drugs for anti-infection after surgery. lung surfactant-associated protein A(SP-A),intercellular adhesion molecule(ICAM-1)levels preopera-tive 1 week and postoperative 1 week,and incidence of postoperative complications in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:Preop-erative 1 week,there were no significant differences in the SP-A and ICAM-1 in 2 groups(P>0.05). Postoperative 1 week,SP-A and ICAM-1 in control group and ICAM-1 in observation group were significantly higher than preoperative 1 week,but SP-A and ICAM-1 in observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The incidence of postoperative compli-cations in observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CON-CLUSIONS:The effect of high-doses ambroxol hydrochloride on lung protection of patients in perioperative thoracotomy is signifi-cantly superior to small dose,which can reduce the incidence of lung complications.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of different doses of oxaliplatin on the efficacy and safety and related index-es of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE). METHODS:100 HCC patients were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases). After TACE,control group re-ceived arterial infusion chemotherapy of 40 mg/m2 oxaliplatin,once a day+20 mg Epirubicin hydrochloride for injection,once a day,with little lipiodol. Observation group received arterial infusion chemotherapy of 80 mg/m2 oxaliplatin (the same usage with control group)+Epirubicin hydrochloride for injection(the same dosage with control group),with little lipiodol. Alanine aminotrans-ferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),total bilirubin (TBIL),white blood cell count (WBC) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in 2 groups after 3 d treatment were observed,and the total overall survival (OS) and the incidence of adverse reactions were followed-up. RESULTS:Abdominal pain,incidences of nausea and vomiting,ALT,AST and TBIL in observation group were significantly higher than control group,WBC was significantly lower than control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant (P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Compared with 40 mg/m2 oxaliplatin,80 mg/m2 can reduce the in-cidence of abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,but other effects are poor than 40 mg/m2,and it can not prolong the survival time of patients.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To explore the influence and the mechanisms of different dose naringenin on nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cells growth. METHODS: Different concentrations of naringenin (0, 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 200, 400, 800 μg · mL-1) were used to detect their effects on CNE2 cells growth for 24 to 72 h by MTT Method. High concentrations of naringenin (0, 200, 400 μg · mL-1) for 48 h were used to detect apoptosis by Hochest 33 258 staining. High concentrations of naringenin (0, 200, 400 μg · mL-1) for 48 h were used to detect the cell cycle by flow cytometry. Different concentrations of naringenin (0, 40, 200 μg · mL-1) for 24 and 48 h were used to detect the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by flow cytometry, and mRNA expression levels of P53 and C-fos were determined by qPCR. RESULTS: After different concentrations of naringenin administration, CNE2 cells were changed growth rate. Relatively low dose can induce the low level rise of ROS, the low level rise of ROS can induce the up-regulation of the expression levels of c-fos (P < 0.01) and the down-regulation of the expression levels of P53(P < 0.01), so relatively low dose can promote CNE2 cells growth rate. However, relatively high dose can induce the high level rise of ROS, the high level rise of ROS can induce the up-regulation of the expression levels of P53(P < 0.01) and the down-regulation of the expression levels of C-fos (P < 0.01), so relatively high dose can induce apoptosis, also possess the effect of S and G2/M phase blockage(P < 0.01), significantly suppress CNE2 cells growth rate. CONCLUSION: Different dose naringenin has two-way effects on CNE2 cells growth, relatively low dose has carcinogenic effect, relatively high dose has good anticancer effect.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the changes of chief chemical components(hypaconitine,ephedrine,pseudoephedrine,peoniflorin,glycyrrhetic acid) in the combinations of different-dose herbs of Wutou Decoction(WD). Methods Uniform design method was adopted to design the experiments,and HPLC was applied to determine the contents of chief chemical components of hypaconitine,ephedrine,pseudoephedrine,peoniflorin,glycyrrhetic acid. DPS V7.55 was used to carry out the nonlinear regression analysis of experimental data such as decocting rates of the chief chemical components. The mathematical model was established to analyze the experimental results. Finally,with the decocting rates of the chief chemical components as the optimizing indexes,the combination of optimal-dose herbs of WD was seeked. Results There existed an interaction between each herb of WD,and each herbs as well as the interaction between the herbs had a certain effects on the decocting rate of the chemical components. In particular,the interaction of prepared Radix Aconiti and prepared Radix Glycyrrhizae had obvious effects on the decocting rates of hypaconitine and glycyrrhetic acid. On the basis of the different optimization index,different combinations of optimal-dose herbs of WD can be obtained. Conclusion Through the method of nonlinear regression analysis,rich connotation of compatibility in Chinese herbal formula can be obtained.The optimization of optimal-dose herbs combination of the formula should be based on the pharmacological actions.
