Objective:To construct the preoperative examination system about equipment and its matching annex of 3D laparoscope imaging system so as to ensure normal application of equipment.Methods: The root cause analysis(RCA) was applied to solve problems that existed in the use of 3D laparoscope imaging system and to formulate the corresponding solving strategies. The functions and principles of all components of 3D laparoscopic imaging system were reviewed comprehensively. And the fishbone diagram of the cause of default was drawn to formulate solving strategies and evaluate the improvement effect. The data of 40 operations before improved measurement was implemented were divided into control group, and those after improved measurement was implemented were divided into observation group. The difference of the two group was analyzed so as to evaluate the improved effect.Results:On the basis of summarized key points of equipment and matching annex of preoperative 3D laparoscope imaging system, the RCA was applied to find the reason that lead to adverse feedback of clinical practice. Through implemented the disinfection and sterilization method with lesser damage, 3D laparoscope and its annex, the total number of adverse feedback of patients has decreased 60％.Conclusion:The established management system for safe use of 3D laparoscope imaging system which covers preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative stages can reduce the surgical risk and clinical adverse feedbacks comes from the equipment failure and inappropriate operation. Moreover, it can provide reference for the safe use and management of 3D laparoscopic imaging system.

Objective:To review the new progress in hydrogen peroxide disinfection and sterilization technology and equipments. Methods:Based on the recently published papers and our research results,the hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology and equip-ments were classified and summarized. Results:The hydrogen peroxide nano-fog( ultra-dry fog) sterilization technology and equipments could be used for the sterilization of space and equipments with the properties of safety, effectiveness and compatibility. Conclusion:The nano-fog( ultra-dry fog) sterilization technology and equipments exhibit broad application prospects,which is an ideal method to re-place the conventional space sterilization using formaldehyde and ozone.

OBJECTIVE To apply course management in disinfection and sterilization in hospital.METHODS The key points of disinfection and sterilization were investigated and found out.The flow of disinfection and sterilization was reconstructed,and the course management was actualized.RESULTS The hardware of disinfection and sterilization was improved,and the work efficiency and the percentage of pass were increased.CONCLUSIONS Course management is propitious to normal disinfection and sterilization in hospitial.

OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of the systemic sanitary monitoring of nosocomial infection(NI) disinfection and sterilization in NI management and performance of related NI standards of Ministry of Health in hospital.METHODS To review and treat statistically spot sampling results in 12 seasons from 2004 to 2006,and to observe performance of continued improvement after taking measures.RESULTS The qualified rate of 1647 samples including autoclave sterilizer,sterilized pack,sterilized endoscope and attachment,solution for dialysis and 2% glutaraldehyde solution was 100% from 2004 to 2006;3411 bacteriological monitoring samples of air,surface of object,hands etc and 1284 samples of all kinds of disinfectants were monitored.The annual statistical results of above mentioned samples were significantly different(?2=4.11-27.37,P

OBJECTIVE To analyze the cost-effective ratio on sterilized packing material to find out best materials.METHODS The value of 4 kinds of the materials were compared.RESULTS Four kinds of packing materials all had their advantage and disadvantage,in which the value of non woven was the highest.CONCLUSIONS The combination usage of different kinds of packing materials is a better method.

OBJECTIVE To regulate the task of washing,disinfection and sterilization of stomatological apparatus for diagnosis and to prevent and control nosocomial infection.METHODS The departments of stomatology of 8 manicipal hospitals and 11 county hospitals were examinated comprehensively to find out the problems in washing,disinfection and sterilization of stomatological apparatus.Then the improve measures were proposed.RESULTS The washing,disinfection and sterilization were not eligibles,manipulations not standardized,and lack of knowledge about nosocomial infection hazards in some county hospitals.CONCLUSIONS It should be strengthen the apparatus washing,disinfection and sterilization to prevent and control,the nosocomial infection.

As the necessary depletion material in hospitals,sterile packing material shows category diversification when being selected.This paper briefly analyzes the functions and values of domestic common sterile packing material such as pure cotton wrap cloth,hard quality packing container,paper/ plastics packing bag and the crease wrapping paper.Reasonable suggestions are also put forward.
