RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo investigate the etiology, diagnosis and choice of treatment for massive hemobilia. MethodsA retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 20 patients with massive hemobilia treated from August 1998 to August 2008. ResultsInitially conservative therapy was used on 20 patients and bleeding stopped in 4 patients. For the seven patients who were treated with hepatic artery angiography and embolization, bleeding stopped in 6 patients. 10 patients were treated by operation and bleeding stopped in all these patients. No patient died in this series. ConclusionsHepatic artery angiography and embolization should be used to treat patients with massive hemobilia. Surgery should be offered if conservative therapy and hepatic artery embolization fail.

RESUMEN

The etiopathogenisis of breast cancer is very complex, its pathogenesis and development can not be completely elucidated by one-factor or multiple-factor model Epidemiologic studies indicate that deterio-ration of environment, changing of life style and dietary pattern and so on are common factors. It is of great sig-nificance to comprehend some known factors and high-risk factors which is helpful to prevention and early diag-nosis of breast cancer. The incidence and the mortality of breast cancer have fallen down due to screening and prophylactic therapy for high-risk population.

RESUMEN

[Objective]To investigate the hallux valgus angle and pathogenesis of hallux valgus in general population.[Method]A total of 1 233 adult population in Shijiazhuang were selected for this study by random cluster sampling method, then a questionnaire survey was participated including gender, age, nation, culture degree, inhabitate time, symptome occurrence time, original symptome, aggravate factors, relieve factors, family medical history, living habit, life style,et al.Hallux valgus angle was measured by protracter. The angle exceed 15? was confirmed the hallux valgus. The data was analysised with logistic multiple regression analysis.[Result]The average hallux valgus angle was(8.31?4.93)? of male and(9.72?7.12)? of female. There were 98 hallux valgus patients in this study, and the morbidity rate was 7.95%.The morbidity rate was 1.29% of male and 11.00% of female.Ratio of male to female was 1∶8.53.The average age was 22 years old.The concentrated symptome occurrence time was 20 to 45 years old;the average age was 25 years old.78 hallux valgus patients had a family medical history(79.6%).The dangerous factors of hallux valgus were inheritance, gender, flatfoot. The effective factors in female related to inheritance, the age that start wearing high-heel shoes but not to the height of the heel and the full time who were high-heel shoes. The aggravate factors were as follow:wearing high-heel shoes, long time standing, long time walking. The relieving factors were as follow:wearing flat and low-hell shoes,a warm water bath for foot, massage.[Conclusion]Female has a high risk to have hallux valgus. The hallux valgus has a close relationship with inheritance, and the age who start wearing high-heel shoes influences the incidence in female.

RESUMEN

Based on analysis of the relationship between depression and seven emotions, etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of depression, the relationship between depression and stagnation of liver qi,it showed that depression had highly correlation with sorrow, grief. The etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of depression included body factor, exogenous pathogen, associated diseases, social psychic factor, etc. The essence of primary depression, endogenous depression and depressive emotion with dysthymia was deficient, and yang-deficinecy was the key pathologic basis.Exogenous evil was an indirect cause of depression.Because depressive emotion had connection with stagnation of liver qi at some extent,it should distinguish depression from stagnation of liver qi.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of AIDS,provide the theoretical basis for TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Methods:15 TCM experts who engaged in prevention and control of AIDS were investigated by the questionnaires, and the results were analysed. Results:In the experts' opinion, epidemic toxicity,damp-toxin,dampness pathogen and heat pathogen are the common etiopathogenisis of AIDS.Deficiency of primordial qi,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and deficiency of both qi and yin are the common pathogenesis. The common invasion sits of pathogenic factors are in sequence of the spleen, kidney, lung, stomach and liver. Conclusion: AIDS is caused by damp-heat and epidemic toxicity, human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) has been confirmed to be the direct pathogenesis. The pathological characteristic is HIV toxicity danmaging the primordial qi.Pathological changes implicate mainly the spleen and the kidney.
