RESUMEN

To systemically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) external application combined with three-step analgesic therapy in treating primary liver cancer pain. CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,VIP,Medline and Cochrane Library and manual retrieval were used to search for the clinical randomized controlled trials on TCM external applications combined with three-step analgesic therapy in treating primary liver cancer pain from database establishment to January,2018. The bias risk of RCTs was assessed by using the Cochrane system evaluator's Manual, and the extracted data were analyzed by using Review Manager 5. 3. Finally sixteen Chinese articles were enrolled, including one high quality article and 1 164 patients. Meta-analysis showed that TCM external applications combined with three-step analgesic therapy could alleviate the cancer pain( OR = 3. 44,95% CI[2. 49,4. 75],P <0. 000 01); prolong pain relief time( SMD = 3. 42,95%CI[1. 83,6. 40],Z = 3. 85,P = 0. 000 1); and improve the cartesian score of the patients( OR = 3. 42,95%CI[1. 83,6. 40],P = 0. 000 01). Descriptive analysis showed that the intervention may effectively shorten the onset time of pain relief, reduce VAS and NRS scores, reduce the dose of morphine, and reduce the number of bursts of pain. At present, the evidences have shown that the combination of TCM external applications combined with three-step analgesic therapy in treating primary liver cancer pain has superior clinical efficacy as compared with the three-step analgesic therapy alone. However, the clinical trials of existing small-sized randomized controlled trials have low quality of methodology and require a large sample of high quality clinical trials for further validation.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment on chronic osteomyelitis.Method Chronic osteomyelitis experimental animal models were set up with debridement, then it was random divided into two groups ( antibiotics group for the control group, antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine group for the observation group). After treatment for 10 days, new capillaries in the tissues surrounding sinus crossings were detected by pathological observation and VEGF expression was determined by ELISA.Result VEGF expression and vascular points of tissues surrounding sinus crossings of antibiotics with traditional Chinese medicine group were obviously higher than that of antibiotics group[ (47.48 ±3.22) μg/ml vs (28.26 ±2.61)μg/ml, P <0.01;8.03 ±1.73 vs5.17 ±2.89, P<0.05 ].Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment can improve VEGF expression and increase capillary number inside tissues surrounding sinus.crossings , thus it can promote the healing of chronic osteomyelitis.

RESUMEN

Purpose: To observe the curative effects of different treatments on genual osteoarthritis. Methods: The 148 cases were randomly divided into 4 groups: acupuncture group; Chinese herbs plus spectrograp irradiation group; comprehensive treatments group and western medicine group. Results:The total effective rate in these groups were 78.9%, 72.7%, 92.3% and 78.9% respectively, and there was not a significant difference among the groups (P>0.05). The marked effective rate in comprehensive treatments group was higher than that in other three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and Chinese herbs plus sepectrograp irradiation had certain effect on gonitis. Comprehensive therapies could coordinate the actions of acupuncture, and Chinese herbs plus spectrograp irradiation, and raise the curative effect.
