RESUMEN

This study was aimed to analyze the compatibility principles of herbs for the treatment of jaundice with the method of association rule,and to provide reference for tradition Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis and treatment of jaundice.A total of 3404 prescription data of inpatient medical records for the diagnosis of jaundice from 1960 to 1978 were recorded and processed.Then,herbs with high frequency were identified and analyzed the compatibility principles of herbs by Apriori algorithm.The results showed that from 3 404 prescriptions,there were 327 kinds of different herbs,with the average of 10 to 12 herbs in one prescription.From the herb frequency results,we found that the frequency of the top 50 herbs benefits of dieresis and dampness-removing medicine,heat-clearing medicine,deficiency-reinforcing medicine,qi-regulating medicine,blood stasis removing medicine,food stagnation removing medicine,dampnessremoving medicine,purgative medicine,phlegm-removing medicine,and etc.In addition,we identified 27 drug pairs (the associations of 2 herbs) and 24 angle drug pairs (the associations of 3 herbs).It was concluded that the application of association rules to analyze the law of jaundice medication which reflected the treatment experience of jaundice in this period.It can provide a new idea for the further research.It can also provide a way of thinking for our further study.

RESUMEN

After the necessity of using medical news information and the advances in its automatic indexing were analyzed, a novel automatic controlled indexing method of medical news text was put forward. The method intro-duced translated MeSH vocabulary as the main indexing words, merging Chinese commonly used word segmentation dictionary, then calculated word frequency for document text which added split token and sorted it, choose top 5 high-frequency words in MeSH vocabulary indexed document after deleting high-frequency words not in MeSH vo-cabulary.

RESUMEN

Objective To provide basis for revision of Traditional Chinese Medical Subject Headings (TCMeSH) Thesaurus by word selecting study using statistics of terms frequency. Methods The subject headings indexes and keywords were selected from Traditional Chinese Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System in recent five years. MS Access was used to analyze subject headings and keywords. Results In 245 680 articles, 18 796 subject headings were used and 6940 TCMeSH were found, which were about 83.47%of subject headings in TCMeSH Thesaurus (2007 edition). In 15 subject headings categories, utilization frequency of medicinal plants category was 69.97%that was the lowest, followed by the natural science category (71.01%) and mental disease of traditional Chinese medicine and psychology category (82.81%). At the same time, 136 832 keywords were included in 245 680 articles, in which there were 3485 words with frequency higher than 10. After deleting 576 invaluable words, 368 keywords were recommended to subject heading or lead-in words and 2541 keywords would be used in revising TCMeSH Thesaurus in the future. Conclusion The basis for the scientificity and practicability of the revision of TCMeSH Thesaurus was demonstrated by statistical analysis of terms frequency.
