According to the demand of the State Department and Health and Family Planning Commission,to promote the development of healthy service industry,improve the health care services and accelerate the development of health industry,as well as the explore of the status of population,society and economic development in China in recent years,it preliminarily discussed care industry.It aimed to discuss the nursing industry;improve the problems of insufficient nursing industry population and unreasonable allocation for the current nursing resources;propose the innovation of health care to satisfy the increasing health care demand of the special population in China;discuss the industrialization of health care,establish the feasibility of health care industrial clusters and preliminarily discuss the development of the care industry.
RESUMEN
Chinese medicine health care industry is in a well developmenting atmosphere, though there are still some problems restricting the development, such as small scale of business assert and sales, lack of new products. These happened mainly due to people’s attitudes, such as thinking highly of treatment than prevention, few policies supporting and not perfect regulations. It is recommended to strengthen innovation at the premise of a combination of government and market leading, and establish appropriate safeguards.
RESUMEN
The authors analyzed the current predicament of medical human resources and seek the deficiencies and problems that exist in the medical moral education system .Based on this , this paper pointed out that it should change the medical ethics education ideas , enhance medical ethics cultural identity; based on the health industry demand , broaden the content of the medical ethics education;to develop a new mode of medical ethics education , perfect the evaluation system of medical ethics and health industry demand , provide new guidance for medical eth-ics education .
