RESUMEN
Breastfeeding not only meets the growth needs of infants,promotes the development and maturation of their physiological functions,but also is related to the health of adults. The abundant nutrients and many active substances in human milk are the basis of protection. This article clarifies the secretory characteristics of human milk components and their role in the growth and development of infants,in order to emphasize the importance of promoting breastfeeding for human health.
RESUMEN
Human milk is the most suitable food for newborns,and is greatly beneficial to the health and growth of infants.In some circumstances,human milk need cold storage,but freezing/cooling storage will inevitably cause the loss of components in human milk.The most reasonable storage condition of human milk has not reached an agreement.This article focuses on the change of macronutrients,immune substance and microbial indicators of human milk which had been cold storaged,and summarizes the related researchs of home and abroad in recent years.
