RESUMEN

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of microprobe endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of children with protuberant lesions in the upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods:A retrospective study was performed to analyze the clinical data of children who underwent microprobe endoscopic ultrasonography for treating protuberant lesions in the upper gastrointestinal tract in the Department of Gastroenterology, Jinan Children′s Hospital from January 2018 to June 2021.The endoscopic ultrasound characteristics of children with protuberant lesions in the upper gastrointestinal tract were summarized and compared with the pathological results.Results:Microprobe endoscopic ultrasonography was performed in 29 children.Ectopic pancreas was found in 12 cases (41.4%), Brunner gland hyperplasia in 4 cases (13.8%), cysts in 3 cases (10.3%), duodenum accessory nipple in 3 cases (10.3%), extragastric compression in 2 cases (6.9%), lymphoma in 2 cases (6.9%), gastric duplication malformation in 1 case (3.4%), stromal tumor in 1 case (3.4%) and leiomyoma in 1 case (3.4%). According to the results of microprobe endoscopic ultrasonography, 15 cases with protuberant lesions were treated by deep biopsy and handled under endoscope.The tissue was checked by pathological examination.The microprobe endoscopic ultrasonography diagnosis of 14 cases were in accordance with their pathological diagnosis[93.3% (14/15)].Conclusions:Microprobe endoscopic ultrasonography can effectively diagnose and differentiate protuberant lesions in the upper gastroi-ntestinal tract of children, so it can be used to guide the clinical treatment under endoscope.Microprobe endoscopic ultrasonography is a safe and reliable treatment for children.

@#Objective To establish a coupled model combining the rat brain nuclei microelectrode recordings and the behavioristics for rehabilitation experiment. Methods The modified indwelling tube connection fixed device was put inside the rats' back, and the microprobes were implanted into related neural nucleus. A signal connection was made between self-administration system and electrophysiological data acquisition system. The rat was addicted after training by self-administration system. The related cerebral nucleus electrophysiological sig-nals were recorded in different states of addiction. Results and Conclusion The modified indwelling tube connection fixed device has a bet-ter quality for reducing the phenomenon of leak. The signal was well in the combination of two different systems. The signals for the rat's ac-tion and neural electrical were recorded in the same time.

AlM: To evaluate the function of the microprobe dredging technology in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction ( MGD ) and to provide fast, efficient, economical and practical method of treatment for meibomian gland dysfunction ( MGD) . METHODS:The 100μm diameter stainless steel wire was made as the microprobe with the total length of 3cm, which the needle was about 5mm and hand shank was about 2. 5cm. Selected 140 cases with dry eyes of meibomian gland dysfunction ( MGD ) , patients were divided into two groups and made them have comparability. Observation group ( n = 70 ) used microprobe to dredge meibomian gland pipe accompanied with drugs, hot compress and meibomian gland massage treatment. The control group (n=70) was given conventional drugs, hot compress and meibomian massage treatment. To compare the tear break-up time ( BUT) , efficient rate and the cure rate of the two groups after treatment of 1d, 1wk, 2wk, 1 mo, 2mo and 3mo. RESULTS: BUT were significantly prolonged in observation group and control group after treatment, and the observation group improved more obviously; the efficient rate and cure rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group after 1d, 1wk, 2wk, 1mo, 2mo and 3mo treatment. CONCLUSlON: Using microprobe to unclog the meibomian gland tube can provide the fast and efficient, economical and practical treatment for meibomian gland dysfunction ( MGD ) , which can be promoted in the clinical practice.

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and application values of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) with micro-probe in duodenal lesions.Methods Clinical data of 37 patients with duodenal lesions and underwent EUS with micro-probe were analyzed retrospectively.All lesions were treated with endoscopic mucosal resection or surgical resection to get the pathological diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy of EUS with microprobe and endoscopic biopsy was analyzed respectively.Results The overall diagnosis accuracy of EUS with micro-probe on duodenal lesions was 78.38% (29/37),with a higher diagnostic rate in duodenal lipoma 4/4and duodenal adenomas 10/12 than in early duodenal cancer 2/4 or inflammatory hyperplasia 3/8.The overall diagnostic accuracy of biopsy on duodenal lesions was 40.54% (15/37),with a higher diagnosis rate on duodenal carcinoid 1/1 and adenoma 7/12 than on duodenal stromal tumor 1/10 and lipoma 1/4.Conclusion Pathological evaluation of endoscopic biopsy sample is not a golden standard for the diagnosis of duodenal lesions,while EUS with micro-probe has better diagnostic and application value.

A transferência de gases através da interface ar-água é um processo importante para ciclos climáticos de grande escala e para sistemas ambientais menores como rios, lagos, córregos e estações de tratamento de esgoto. Para avançar no entendimento dos princípios básicos envolvidos no fenômeno é necessária a utilização de técnicas e aparatos experimentais adequados. Neste estudo, foram realizadas medidas de concentração através da utilização de micro sonda de oxigênio, em tanque de grade oscilante. A dimensão do elemento sensor da micro sonda é da ordem de alguns micra. Os resultados demonstram a possibilidade de medir, sob condições turbulentas controladas similares às encontradas no ambiente, as flutuações de concentração de oxigênio no interior da camada limite existente imediatamente abaixo da interface ar-água.


Gas transfer across the air-water interface is an important process for large-scale climate cycles as well as smaller environmental systems such as rivers, lakes, streams, and wastewater treatment basins. To improve the understanding of the basic principles involved in this phenomenon it is necessary to use suitable apparatus and experimental techniques. In this study, a microprobe has been used for measurements of oxygen concentration in an oscillating-grid tank. The microprobe has tip dimensions of the order of a few microns. The results demonstrate that it is feasible to measure, under controlled turbulence conditions that are representative for environmental situations, the fluctuating oxygen concentrations that take place in a boundary layer below the air-water interface.

Objective:To investigate whether lanthanum(La 3+)can enter into ossification induced bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)cultured in vitro and its influences on the ultrastructure of BMSCs.Methods:Dog BMSCs were ossification induced and the cells of the third passage were cultuerd with the presence of lanthanum chloride(LaCl_3)at 5.564?102,5.564 and 5.564?10-2 ?g/ml respectively for 5 days,the same passage cells without LaCl_3 treatment were used as the controls.Transmission electron microscope(TEM),electron microprobe with wave spectrum(EMWS)and high resolution TEM with energy spectrum(HRTEM)were used to observe the change of BMSCs ultrastructure and the distribution of lanthanum ions in the cells.Results:Electron-dense granules in lysosome were observed in BMSCs treated with LaCl_3 but not in control BMSCs under TEM.Slight denaturation of some organelles was found in both LaCl_3 treated and control cells.EMWS examination showed that there was La element in BMSCs treated with 5.564?102 ?g/ml LaCl_3.La element was not found in all the treated cells under HRTEM.Conclusion:La 3+ at a certain concentration might enter into the ossification induced BMSCs cultured in vitro.

Objective To determine the validation of measuring blood flow velocity intravascularly using a new Doppler microprobe. Methods Catheterization and signal recording were investigated using a new 0.3 mm diameter microprobe in 40 patients during routine cerebral angiography (45 vessels). Blood flow velocity was determined using this technique (intravascualar Doppler sonography, IVDS) in another 14 patients with femoral-popliteal stenosis before and after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA). Results IVDS was successful in 95.6% healthy vessels (43/45) and recorded the same typical flow-pulse curve as seen in transcutaneous measurement. Measurement of blood flow velocity was successful in 12 out of 14 patients (86%) with femoral-popliteal stenosis before and after PTA.
