RESUMEN

Ischemic stroke is the second leading cause of human death and the third reason of disability. Meanwhile, the incidence is rising year after year worldwide. Ischemic stroke could cause ischemia-reperfusion injury after blood recanalization treat-ment, but the mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion injury is still not very clear, so it is necessary to build a preclinical model with specific characteristics. Up to now, animal experiments have been still complicated, and the culture of brain slices has some limitations. The cell model in vitro has become a simplified and valuable tool widely used by researchers. The paper systematically summarizes the common type of nerve cells, and further analyzes establishment methods and principle, relevant research progress on the in vitro model of ischemia-reperfusion, in order to provide reference for rationally selecting hypoxia and reoxygenation model for basic research on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion and drug screening.

RESUMEN

Aim Ischemic brain injury ( IBI) is one of the main causes of death and disability worldwide.Faced with this serious disease, human beings still laek effective treatment methods. With the advancement of science and the improvement of medi¬cal standards, the basic and clinieal research of cerebrovaseular diseases continues to develop to a higher and more in-depth lev¬el.Due to the limitations of clinical researeh, animal models of eerebral ischemia have beeome an indispensable tool for studying the mechanism of cerebrovascular disease damage and prevention and treatment measures. It is necessary to construct scientific, standard and standardized experimental methods and proee- dures..Methods This artiele combines our laboratory s long-tenn praetieal experienee in preparing animal models of cerebral is¬chemia.comprehensive literature data, comparison and evalua¬tion of the characteristics of commonly used animal models.Re¬sults Standardized preparation methods and discusses the com¬mon criteria for preparing experimental animal models of cerebral Ischemia, which is the occurrence of cerebral ischemia injury. Conclusions 'Hie researeh of mechanism and the researeh and de¬velopment of prevention and treatment drugs provide reliable ex¬perimental animal models.

RESUMEN

Cellular model is one of the effective methods for studying Alzheimer's disease (AD). In recent years, the establishment of AD cellular model to simulate the pathogenesis of AD has become the focus of scholars. By sorting out the relevant literature of AD cellular models in recent years and further exploring pathogenesis of A D, this paper summarizes and systematically analyzes the establishment methods, evaluation indices and model characteristics of AD cellular models, in order to provide ideas and reference for the rational construction and in-depth study of AD cellular models.
