Objective To investigate the effect of glucosidorum tripterygll totorum combined with prednisone acetate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Me thods Eighty-two patients with SLE were divided into the control group (n=41) and the observation group (n=41) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with prednisone acetate combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate. On the basis of treatment for the control group, the observation group was treated with glucosidorum tripterygll totorum. Four weeks was taken as 1 course of treatment and they were given 3 courses of treatment. Curative effect and adverse drug reactions were evaluated. The SLE disease activity index score was to evaluate the degree of lupus before and after treatment. The levels of blood lipid indexes [triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ], complement C3, immunoglobulin G (Ig G), anti-double stranded DNA (ds-DNA), interleukin 8 (IL-8) and interleukin 10 (IL-10) were determined. Re s ults The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (92.50％ vs 73.17％ ), P ＜ 0.05. After treatment, the SLE-DAI score, levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, Ig G, anti-ds-DNA, IL-10 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group while levels of HDL-C and complement C3 were higher than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (56.10％ vs 43.90％ ), P＞ 0.05. Conclusion The application of glucosidorum tripterygll totorum combined with prednisone acetate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of SLE can reduce the inflammatory and blood lipid levels and regulate immune mechanism. The effect is exact and patients can tolerate.

Objective: To compare the short-term effects of triamcinolone acetonide paste(TAP) with prednisone acetate paste(PAP) for the treatment of minor aphthous ulcer (miRAU). Methods: 65 patients with miRAU were divided into 2 groups randomly. TAP(n = 32) and PAP(n = 33) were topically applied for the patients in the 2 groups respectively 3 times per day for a week. Ulcer size and pain index(VAS) on day 3 and day 5 were recorded. Re-examination was conducted 1 week after treatment. The effects were compared between the 2 groups. Results: The ulcer size and VAS decreased in the 2 groups after treatment(P＜ 0. 05). In TAP group ulcer size and VAS both decreased more than those in PAP group(P＜ 0. 05). The ulcer duration(d) of TAP and PAP group was 4. 65 ± 1. 91 and 6. 45 ± 1. 09(P＜ 0. 05), the effective rate was 80. 6％ and 34. 5％ (P＜ 0. 05), respectively. Conclusion: Triamcinolone acetonide paste has an advantage in short-term effects over prednisone acetate paste, and it improves the efficiency of treating miRAU.

Objective To study and analyze the clinical observation and nursing measures of prednisone acetate combined leflunomide in the treatment of IgA nephropathy.Methods 100 patients with IgA nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with prednisone and dropped to 0.5 mg/kg after 12 weeks.The patients in the experimental group were treated with leflunomide and dropped to 20 mg after 3 days.The patients in the experimental group and the control group were treated for 3 months.The two groups of patients were given reasonable nursing measures, and compared the treatment effect.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.0％, significantly higher than that in the control group (64.0％),with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of 24 hours proteinuria in the experimental group was (0.541±0.322)g/L, significantly lower than that of the control group (1.516±0.568)g/L,with statistical difference (P<0.05) .The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 0％, and that of the control group was 8％,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Prednisone acetate combined leflunomide was effective in the treatment of IgA nephropathy, and can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment, and has clinical significance.

OBJECTIVE:To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of prednisone acetate combined with leflunomide in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. METHODS:80 patients with IgA nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given prednisone acetate 1.0 mg/kg,qd,6 weeks later,decreasing gradually,decreasing to 0.5 mg/kg in 12th week;observation group was additionally given leflunomide 50 mg,qd,3 days later de-creasing to 20 mg. Both groups were given 3 months of treatment. Clinical efficacy,24 h urinary protein quantification,Scr and BUN levels were observed in 2 groups after treatment,and ADR were recorded during treatment. RESULTS:Total effective rate of observation group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that of control group(75.0%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). Af-ter treatment,24 h urinary protein quantification,Scr and BUN levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The incidence of ADR in observation group(0)was significantly lower than in control group(7.5%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Prednisone acetate combined with leflunomide has significant effect on IgA nephropathy,and will not increase the occurrence of ADR.

AIM: To investigate clinical efficacy of two drug therapies ( acyclovir with prednisone acetate tablets, ganciclovir with prednisone acetate tablets and aspirin) for acute retinal necrosis syndrome. METHODS: Thirty patients (40 eyes) with acute retinal necrosis syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and B. Group A was treated with acyclovir with prednisone acetate tablets, and group B was given ganciclovir with prednisone acetate tablets and aspirin. Clinical effects in the two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS: After treatment, the overall response rate in group B (90%) was obviously higher than that in group A (70%), both of two regimens were effective, without significant difference (P>0. 05). There was no significant difference on the pre - treatment visual acuity between the two groups (P>0. 05). After different treatments, the visual acuity in group B was ≥0. 5 in 12 eyes, 0. 1≤andCONCLUSION: Two drug therapies ( acyclovir with prednisone acetate tablets, ganciclovir with prednisone acetate tablets and aspirin ) both have positive therapeutic effect, but the latter can better restore visual acuity and decrease the complications.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and west-ern medicine for subacute thyroiditis. METHODS:98 patients with subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table with 49 patients in each group. Control group was given conventional oral treat-ment of prednisone tablets,and observation group was additionally treated with Chinese patent medicine(Shuanghuanglian oral so-lution+Antiviral oral solution+Tripterygium glycosides tablet)on the basis of control group. A treatment course lasted for 4 weeks, and both groups received 2 courses of treatment. Therapeutic efficacy,symptom and sign improvement time,total treatment course,recurrence rate and ADR were observed and compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:the total effective rate of observation group was 100%,significantly better than the control group 79.59%,and there were significant differences(P<0.01). The defer-vescence time,thyroid pain recovery time,thyroid swelling fadeaway and total treatment course of observation group was shorter than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01). Following up 2 months after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of observation group was 6.12%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(22.45%),with statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05). Small number of ADR occurred in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:The integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for subacute thyroiditis can control the symptom rapidly,reduce the possibility of palindromia and reduce ADR.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Tiaochong method on treating early unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA). Methods 200 patients who conformed to the inclusion criteria were randomly and paralleled control study divided into two groups.The control group (routine tocolysis group,n =100 ),with 8 cases fell off. The experimental group (routine tocolysis group +traditional Chinese medicine group,n =100 ),with 10 cases fell off. Results After the treatment,the total efficiency of the control group was 70.65%,and the experimental group was 88.89%. The total efficiency of comparative difference was statistically significant (p<0.05 ). And compared the experimental group with the control group,the former group improved the level of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in patients. Conclusion Bushen Tiaochong method with traditional Chinese medicine combined western medicine treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of URSA patients with threatened abortion. Compared with simple western medicine therapy,the former group has better curative effect on early unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.

AIM: To establish a quick,accurate,sensitive method for analysis of theophylline,prednisone acetate and dexamethasone acetate illegally added into traditional Chinese medicinal preparation for antitussive and antiasthmastics by UPLC-MS. METHODS: The UPLC-MS/MS method was used.Electrospay ionization(ESI) source was applied and operated in the positive and negative ion mode.Theophylline,prednisone acetate and dexamethasone acetate illegally added into traditional Chinese medicinal preparations were identified. RESULTS: Both theophylline and prednisone acetate were found in formulations. CONCLUSION: The method is selective and sensitive and can be used to detect the theophylline,prednisone acetate and dexamethasone acetate illegally added into traditional Chinese medicinal preparations.
