Objective To study the therapeutic effect of pulmicort respules combined with terbutaline inhalation on pe-diatric asthmatic bronchial pneumonia. Methods 50 children with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia who were admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as observation objects. The children were randomly divided into two groups including control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment. The observation group was treated with pulmicort combined with terbutaline inhalation. The clinical efficacy between the two groups of children was compared. Results The subsiding time of signs and symptoms, and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The treatment effective rate in the observation group was 96. 0%, higher than that in the control group(72. 0%). The difference of the data was statistically significantP<0. 05). After treatment, the improvement of the lung function index in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the differ- ence was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion The use of pulmicort combined with terbutaline inhalation has a good effect in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia, which can quickly eliminate symptoms in children, and shorten the hospitalization time of children, improve children's lung function, and it is worthy of clinical use.

Objective To study the effect of ventolin combined with pulmicort in the treatment of children with asthma and its influence on inflammatory cytokines .Methods 100 children with asthma were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases) according to the digital table.The control group was given pulmicort treatment ,the observation group was given 0.5% ventolin combined with pulmicort .The course of treatment was 3-5 days.The remission time,the levels of inflammatory cytokines (IL-17 and TGF ) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups .Results After treatment,the VC,FVC and PEFC of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group ,the differences were statistically significant (t=2.412, 9.806,3.922,all P<0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms of the observation group was better than those of the control group(t=5.182,4.576,4.166,5.761,all P<0.05 ).There was no statistically significant difference in the side effects between the two groups (18.00%vs.16.00%,χ2 =2.153,P>0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t =8.234,25.075,all P <0.05). Conclusion Ventolin combined with pulmicort in the treatment of children with asthma can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammatory cytokines ,improve pulmonary function ,so it is worthy of further clinical application .

Objective To observe the effect of atomized inhalation on the levels of serum sICAM-1, SP-A and IGF-1 in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 108 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the study object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 54 cases in each group, the control group were treated with conventional treatment, the observation group were treated with pulmicort respules by aerosol inhalation on the basic treatment of control group , then the clinical effective rates and signs disappearing time of different severity degree, serum sICAM-1, SP-A and IGF-1 levels before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rates of observation group with mild, moderate and severe disease were respectively 100.00%, 100.00% and 93.33%, and they were all higher than 84.21%, 80.00% and 73.33% of control group, and the cough, fever and pulmonary rales disappearing time were respectively (4.54 ±0.66)d, (1.84 ±0.18)d and (3.76 ±0.52)d, and they were all shorter than (7.10 ±0.82)d, (3.25 ± 0.30)d and (5.88 ±0.75)d of control group, the serum sICAM-1and SP-A at first, third and fifth day after the treatment were lower than those of control group, serum IGF-1 level were higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the differences were all significant.Conclusion The clinical effect of pulmicort respules by aerosol inhalation is better, and it has active adjustion role for the serum sICAM-1, SP-A and IGF-1.

Objective To explore the validity of oxygen atomizing inhalation pulmicort respulas combined with montelukast in treating children with asthma and its role in pulmonary function and T lymphocyte subset.Methods Totally 78 cases treated in Huizhou People's Hospital from June,2014 to June,2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each group of 39 cases.The control group on the basis of routine treatment with oxygen atomizing inhalation of pulmicort 1 mg,twice daily,and the observation group based on control group added Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets 5 mg,once daily,one week for one course.The clinical effect,pulmonary function,and level of T lymphocyte subset were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.70%,which was significantly higher than control group (82.05%,P < 0.05).After therapy,the symptom scores of two groups were obviously decreased compared with those before therapy (P < 0.05),and those of the observation group were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05);The pulmonary function of the two groups were obviously improved (P < 0.05) compared with that before therapy (P < 0.05),and the levels of FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC in observation group were significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05);The level ofT lymphocyte subset in control group showed no statistical difference compared to that before therapy,and the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in observation group were obviously decreased,whereas CD8+ was increased.Conclusion Oxygen atomizing inhalation pulmicort respulas combined with montelukast could effectively increase the clinical effect on children with asthma,improve pulmonary function and positively regulate immune function,which deserves clinical expansion.

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of pulmicort respules inhalation in children with acute infectious laryngitis.Methods We selected acute infectious laryngitis in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016,106 children were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group of 53 cases,of which the control group of children with conventional treatment,the observation group to take Pulmicort respules inhalation treatment,the two comparison(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 100%and 90.56%respectively(P<0.05).Results The treatment effect of the observation group and the control group were observed and compared(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group after treatment and the time of symptom extinction were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05); The clinical symptoms of both groups before and after treatment were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis by atomizing inhalation of pulmicort respules can obtain obvious therapeutic effect and reduce the adverse reaction caused by improper use of drugs,(fever,cough,wheezing,etc.)have a good improvement in clinical application worthy of recognition.

Objective To study the effect of atomized inhalation of pulmicort respules combined with tulobuterol in the treatment of children with wheezing pneumonia and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 90 children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine western medicine and atomized inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride.The observation group was treated with pulmicort respules inhalation combined with tulobuterol paste service on the basis of the control group.After 1 course of treatment,the efficacy was evaluated.The improvement of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,serum cytokine level,inflammatory index and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical signs such as shortness of breath,cough,wheezing and pulmonary rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [(7.58±0.72)d,(8.42±1.33)d,(5.66±0.74)d,(7.76±0.75)d vs.(4.21±0.29)d,(2.59±0.71)d,(3.41±0.69)d,(5.29±0.71)d,P0.05).The ECP and Eos in the peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(t=8.363,4.307,13.431,12.949,all P0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly decreased and the IFN-γ level was significantly higher than before treatment(t=17.216,20.051,17.891,15.417,32.724,26.709,28.112,26.708,all P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory cytokines in the peripheral blood of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=9.306,4.150,5.117,4.124,all P<0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Pulmicort respules combined with tulobuterol is effective in the treatment of children with wheezing pneumonia.It can relieve the symptoms of cough and wheezing.The mechanism may be related to the imbalance of Th1/Th2 imbalance and the reduction of airway inflammation.

Objective:To study the clinical effect of splenic arninopeptide combined with pulmicort on the bronchial asthma in children and its effect on the CD4+,CD8+ and serum IgE concentrations.Methods:88 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group.All the children were treated with cough and phlegm.In addition,the control group was given inhalation of Pulmicort suspension,the observation group of children was treated by spleen ammonia peptide oral freeze-dried powder on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,changes of lung function,hospitalization time and levels of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,Serum IgE concentration before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).After treatment,the disappearance time of cough,chest wheezing,wheezing and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.01),the FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ levels after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01),and the serum IgE concentration was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and CD8+ between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Splenic aminopeptide combined with Pulmicort could enhance the clinical efficacy of children with bronchial asthma,which could quickly improve the clinical symptoms and immune function with high safety.

Objective To compare Pulmicort and Dexamethasone’s curative effects for acute laryngitis in children. Method Children with acute laryngitis were divided into PUL group and DEX group according their therapy methods. The curative effects and recurrence time were compared. Results The efficiency rate in PUL group was significantly higher than in DEX group (P<0.05). The therapy 3 d and post-therapy dyspnea, hoarseness, bark-like cough and stridor score in PUL group were significantly lower than in DEX group (P<0.05), and the recurrence time of dyspnea, hoarseness, bark-like cough and stridor was significantly shorter (P<0.05). Conclusion Pulmicort could significantly improve the symptoms and signs for children with acute laryngitis with few side effects. Its curative effects are better than dexamethasone.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of atomization inhalation pulmicort respules in treatment with pediatric acute infectious laryngitis. Methods 104 cases with pediatric acute infectious laryngitis admitted in Xiaoshan Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2011 to July 2013 were radomly divided into experimental group(n=52)and control group(n=52). Patients in experimental group were given atomization inhalation pulmicort respules,and patients in control group were received dexamethasone by intravenous injection. The symptom improvement,disappearing times of symptoms and therapeutic effect in two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with control group,the improvement scores were higher,and disappearing time of symptoms were shorter in experiment group(P<0.05). The therapeutic effect in experimental group was up to 100%, while control group was 90.74%,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with dexamethasone, atomization inhalation pulmicort respules has advantages in treatment with pediatric acute infectious laryngitis,with better efficacy,shorter treatment time and fewer side effects.

Objective To observe the curative effect of pulmicort aerosol combined with terbutaline aerosol in the treatment of infants with mycoplasma pneumonia (MP).Methods 240 children with MP were selected and according to the different treatment method,they were divided into the observation group and control group.120 cases in the observation group were treated with pulmicort combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy.120 cases in the control group received budesonide inhalation therapy.Immunological parameters of IgG,IgE and TNF-α level,the main clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,IgG significantly increased,IgE and TNF-α level significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups,the differences were statistically significant (t =19.965,10.780,3.468,6.002,5.440,4.885,all P < 0.05).And those in the observation group were better than the control group (t =13.920,4.523,2.729,all P < 0.05).The remis sion time of clinical symptoms such as body temperature,wheezing,cyanosis,cough and pulmonary rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (t =2.991,6.034,4.623,8.562,7.113,all P < 0.05).The obvious effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 79.2% of the control group (x2 =8.140,P < 0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation in the treatment of infants with mycoplasma pneumonia has short remission time of clinical symptoms,good efficacy and less adverse reactions,it is worthy of promotion.

Objective To explore the effect of aerosol inhalation with pulmicort and terbutaline on children with asthma. Methods Sixty children infants with asthma were divided randomly into the treatment and control groups:the latter received routine treatment and nursing and the former were intervened with aerosol inhalation with pulmicort and terbutaline besides the regular nursing. The curative effect was compared between the groups.Result The total effectiveness rate(93.8%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that(75.0%)in the control(χ2=4.273,P=0.044)group.Conclusions Aerosol inhalation with pulmicort and terbutaline may be effective in the treatment of asthma in infants.The nursing points like keeping a comfortable position,right dosage of the medicine and close observation of the diseases are critical for the effectiveness and safety during aerosol inhalation.

Objective To observe the effect of Pulmicort Respules combined with Tiotropium Bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its influence on inflammatory cytokines.Methods 130 COPD patients which met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group (65 cases) and control group (65 cases).Both two groups were given conventional therapy,the control group was given a separate aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort Respules,the observation group was inhaled Tiotropium Bromide on the basis of the control group.Both two groups were treated for 14d,the symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.The respiratory function and blood gas were monitored,and induced sputum was used to determine inflammatory cytokines levels of airway.Results (1) After treatment,the FEV1,FEV1/predicted,FEVi/FVC,PaO2 of the observation group were significantly increased,the PaCO2 was significantly reduced,but FEV1/FVC of the control group had no significant change after treatment.(2) The lung function and blood gas between the two groups had no statistically significant differences before treatment.After treatment,the FEV1,FEV1/predicted,FEV1/FVC,PaO2 of observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group,PaCO2 was significantly lower than the control group.(3) After treatment,the IL-8,TNF-α,neutrophil cell ratio of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.(4) The IL-8,TNF-α,neutrophil cell ratio had no statistically significant differences before treatment between two groups.After treatment,the IL-8,TNF-α,neutrophil cell ratio of observation group were significantly lower than control group.Conclusion Pulmicort Respules combined with Tiotropium Bromide in the treatment of COPD can be targeted to the lesion site,and relieve symptoms,reduce airway inflammation,improve pulmonary function,the effect was better than simplely use Pulmicort Respules.

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort Respules combined with urbason in treating severe bronchial asthma.MethodsThe clinical data of 40 cases aith severe bronchial asthma treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,among which 20 cases underwent Pulmicort Respules combined with urbason(Tset Group),20 cases underwent urbason( Control Group).ResultsCompared with the control group,the blood gas analysis in test group had statistically significant difference before treatment (P < 0.05 ).Compared with the control group,the clinical effect and the blood gas analysis in test group had no statistically significant difference after treatment(P > 0.05 ).Compared with the control group,the complications in test group had statistically significant difference( P < 0.05),the complications in test group was less than the control group.ConclusionAerosol inhalation of Pulmicort Respules can reduce the amount of urbason and lower the incidence d complications.The combination treatment of this two drugs can achieve the same clinical results alike the clinical effect of large doses of methy lprednisolone.

Results Two groups efficiency were 93.8% and 72.4% respectively.The study group was significantly better than that in control group. Conclusion Pulmicort inhalation in treatment of children with capillary bronchitis are effective.

@#Objective To investigate the clinical effect of air compressor pump atomizing inhalation with pulmicort respules on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).Methods72 IPF patients were randomly divided into there groups with 24 cases in each group. The group A was treated with pulmicort respules suspension by air compressor pump atomizing inhalation, 1 mg each time, twice each day; the group B with pulmicort aerosol, 4 puffs each time, twice each day and the group C with prednisone, 1 mg/kg each day, reduce half of the dosage 4 week later. The clinical manifestation, pulmonary function testing, high-resolution CT of the chest, arterial blood gas analysis and side effects were observed before and 3 months after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, the improvement rate of symptoms was 70.8% in group A, 25% in group B and 50% in group C, with a significant difference between group A and group B ( P<0.0125), but no difference between group A and group C ( P>0.0125). The improvement rate showed by lung CT was 66.7% in group A, 29.2% in group B and 45.8% in group C, with a significant difference between group A and group B ( P<0.0125), but no difference between group A and group C ( P>0.0125). PaO2 improved but no significant difference compared with that before treatment ( P>0.05). The incidence rate of side effect was 8.3% in group A, 8.3% in group B and 58.3% in group C with a significant difference between group A and group C ( P<0.0125).ConclusionAir compressor pump atomizing inhalation with pulmicort respules is effective in the treatment of IPF and has few side effects.

Objective To observe influence of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder applied in asthmatic exacerbated period on relieving efficacy of a fast-acting beta2-agonist.Methods Eighty-nine children with asthma in exacerbated period were randomly assigned into two groups.Thirty-nine cases in treatment group inhaled salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder, compared with 50 cases in control group treated with budesonide aerosol. Two groups were all given Bricanyl aerolised inhalation in same way at meanwhile.Results The improvement of peak expinatory flow in two groups was evident. AIM: To investigate the clinical effects of combination with pulmicort respules(budsonide nebulising suspension) and interferon on children with bronchiolitis.METHODS: 48 children with bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly: control group(B) were treated with synthetic therapy and group A assist-treated with pulmicort respules inhalation and interferon based on the same synthetic therapy.RESULTS: The clinical effect and pulmonary function were evaluated,and group A gained advantages in all indexes including anhelation relieving,rales extinction time,hospital day,and total effective rates,and those were statistical difference.CONCLUSION: Combination with pulmicort respules(budsonide nebulising suspension) and interferon have better therapeutic effect on children with bronchiolitis than classic synthetic therapy.
