Diabetes is one of the most common clinical chronic diseases, the incidence can lead to a variety of complications, diabetic nephropathy is one of them, because the incidence of diabetes is increasing year by year, so the incidence of diabetic nephropathy also gradually upgrade. The activation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) is important in the occurrence and progression of the disease. RAAS inhibitors have a good control over the patient's blood pressure and can also be reduced in urinary protein small ball high filtration degree decreased, its renal interstitial fibrosis also has a certain inhibitory effect. The study showed that the RAAS inhibitor slowed the progression of the disease, the incidence of end-stage renal disease decreased significantly.
