RESUMEN

@#High myopia is a serious eye disease that jeopardizes the visual function of children because of the irreversible changes it caused to the fundus of the eye. High myopia needs to be detected, diagnosed and treated as early as possible, if not intervened in time, it may cause further aggravation or even blindness. However, screening for myopia often encounters the situation that children with low myopia at first who are found to have high myopia fundus changes by further examinations, and these insidious high myopia changes are easily overlooked in the diagnostic process. The study aims to summarize the literatures on choroidal thickness changes and their influencing factors in myopia children, which in order to provide relevant evidence for clinical studies in children with secretive high myopia.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion at Pishu (BL20) in treating chronic diarrhea in kids, and to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of kid’s chronic diarrhea. Method Eighty-seven patients with chronic diarrhea were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was intervened by regular treatment, while the treatment group was by moxibustion at Pishu in addition to the intervention given to the control group. The serum immunoglobulin (Ig) A, IgM, IgG, and secretive immunoglobulin (sIgA) were compared before and after intervention. Result After intervention, there were significant differences in comparing IgA, IgM, IgG, and sIgA between the two groups (P<0.05); the recovery plus markedly-effective rate was 58.1% in the treatment group versus 34.1% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group versus 88.6% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion at Pishu can regulate the function of spleen and stomach, enhance the body resistance to disease, and produce a satisfactory efficacy in treating kid’s chronic diarrhea.

RESUMEN

A secretive expression vector of Pichia pastoris system which can be used for the direct cloning of PCR products was constructed, and was verified through the expression of recombinant cellobiohydrolase II in Pichia pastoris.A randomly selected fragment was amplified with properly designed primers by PCR.The XhoI and Eam1105Ⅰ restriction sites were included in the 5'end of the fragment, and the Eam1105Ⅰ and XbaI restriction sites were included in its 3'end.The PCR amplified product was inserted into the P.pastoris expression plasmid pPICZ?A through XhoI and XbaI restriction sites and the resultant plasmid was digested with Eam1105Ⅰ,and lastly the big fragment was recovered, generating the P.pastoris expressive Tvector pPICZ?T.Then the cellobiohydrolase II of T.reesei was successfully expressed in P.pastoris with this expressive Tvector.Such results indicated that the constructed expression Tvector was convenient for PCR product cloning, and was effective for heterologous protein expression in P.pastoris.On the other hand, the application of the expression Tvector avoided the introduction of additional amino acids at the Nterminus of the expressed protein, which generally occurred when normal expression vectors were used in secretive expression system.
