Objective To evaluate the value of lumbar spinal oblique diameter in the diagnosis of central lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods 50 patients examined with CT for wounded and without any positive findings were selected as healthy group,the oblique diameters of lumbar spine were measured.In 50 patients with central lumbar spinal stenosis confirmed by surgery,6 kinds of diameters of lumbar spine were measured on CT scans and the diagnostic accuracy of these diameters were calculated individually.The data were calculated by statistics (u test,the difference was significantly marked when ?
