RESUMEN

The development status of the first 11 inheritance studios of acupuncture and moxibustion academic schools is summarized. Aiming at the current problems, it is suggested to establish qualitative and quantitative evaluation standards and establish a fair and reasonable evaluation system, build a systematic scientific theory and excavate the inherent laws of the schools, implement standardized management of the schools and protect the personalized characteristics of the schools, open outpatient clinic of acupuncture and moxibustion schools and promote the characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology, to promote the inheritance and development of acupuncture and moxibustion academic schools.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the effect of constructing WeChat platform and introducing PPT (PowerPoint) optimized by Media studio pro editing technology in the teaching of radiation therapeutics.Methods:Sixty undergraduates of medical imaging technology in Fujian Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in average. The experimental group set up a WeChat group and acquired the optimized PPT before class; control group received classroom teaching and clinical practice according to the traditional teaching mode. Twenty-four items of MCTQ (Maastricht clinical teaching questionnaire) were selected and translated. A total of 30 teachers majoring in tissue radiation oncology and medical imaging were randomly divided into two groups. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the two teaching models. To examine the academic performance of the two groups of students. SPSS 23.0 software was used for independent sample t-test. Results:By comparing the scores of MCTQ questionnaire between the two groups, it was concluded that the teaching mode of the experimental group had significant advantages in 11 aspects, such as clinical practice, obtaining more learning opportunities and so on ( P < 0.05). The scores of practice [(84.67±7.29) vs. (80.03±8.97)] and final evaluation [(81.53±8.78) vs. (76.77±9.49)] of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of optimized PPT by Media studio pro editing technology based on WeChat platform is worth popularizing in the teaching of radiation therapeutics.

Objective:To evaluate the construction effect of famous doctor studio and the correlation among the acceptance indexes by analyzing the achievements of famous doctor studio in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:R software was used to count the relevant data of national famous medical studios approved from 2010 to 2018, and the advantages were analyzed by radar chart; Spearman correlation coefficient was calculated, and R software was used to draw the correlation heat map between the evaluation indexes; papers published by studio members during the construction period were retrieved, which were transformed into refworks format, imported into CiteSpace software to draw a visual knowledge map.Results:A total number of 506 articles were included in this study, involving 25 evaluation indexes and 22 national famous doctors' studios. The statistical analysis results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the number of academic experience papers of famous and senior TCM experts published in core journals (V3) and the number of diagnosis and treatment schemes of dominant diseases (V1), and there was a significant negative correlation between 8 groups of indexes; Tinnitus, insomnia, premature ovarian failure, acupuncture and acupuncture therapy are research hotspots.Conclusions:When evaluating the construction effect of famous doctor studio, various indicators should be considered comprehensively, appropriately control of the number of members is helpful to improve the quality of talent training, and pay attention should be paid to experience exchange and thought collision during the training process.

Objective:To explore the construction mode and innovative operation mode conducive to the sustainable development of nursing studio, and evaluate the practical effect of "named nursing studio".Methods:On the basis of carrying out outpatient specialized nursing service in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University, through further refining diagnosis and treatment service, optimizing treatment process, strengthening personnel training and promoting discipline development, a nursing studio named after nursing experts was formed, quality control standards and long-term follow-up were established, and a complete named nursing studio operation system was established. The number of nursing clinic patients before and after "named nursing studio" (January to December 2018 and January to December 2019) were counted. The data of patients before and after "named nursing studio", the patient′s satisfaction and other indicators after "named nursing studio" were compared.Results:The number of nursing clinic patients was 1 332 before "named nursing studio" and 1 346 after "named nursing studio". After "named nursing studio", re appointment increased from 63.59% (847/1 332) to 70.51% (949/1 346), and the proportion of patients referred by doctors increased from 10.66% (142/1 332) to 12.93% (174/1 346); the total satisfaction of patients reached 96.97% (993/1 024), forming a trinity of nursing, teaching and scientific research development model of nursing.Conclusions:The development of "named nursing studio" promotes the specialty nursing discipline characteristic and the specialty of nursing service brand construction. It is beneficial to solve the problem of difficulty of outpatient and inpatient care, meets the needs of nursing staff career development, reflectes the value of nurse staff, promotes the development of nursing science.

Based on the main problems existing in the current way of handling medical disputes, the authors explored a new method for handling medical disputes, and summarized the advantages of the mode of mediation studio specially invited by the people′s court. This mode effectively connected the traditional medical dispute resolution approaches, complemented each other′s advantages, and provided a faster, more efficient and national compulsory solution for medical disputes.

Bibliometrics is the use of statistical methods for analysing books, articles, and other publications. It is useful to analyse the research impact, assess the quality of research using quantitative and qualitative measures, describe patterns of publication, determine the influence of writers, describe the relationship between different writers or researches. This study was conducted to evalute the number and trends of materials affiliated to Health Sciences University published in Web of Science indexed journals.METHODSThis was a retrospective observational study. The Web of Science database was accessed through institutional Login and all published materials affiliated to Health Sciences University were searched. The file of all searched materials was exported in BibTex format, which was fed to R-Studio Application after installing the Bibliometrics package. Imported data was downloaded and bibliographic data frame was created. Basic information of publications was recorded including the number of citations, citation density, journals, publication year, authors, institution and country of origin. Results were summarized using descriptive statistics.RESULTSBibliometric analysis of publications affiliated to Health Sciences University between 2017 to 2019 generated a list of 182 articles from 75 sources which included 180 Journal Articles and 2 articles in Book Chapters. Highest number of publications were 82 in the year 2019 followed by 51 in 2017 and 49 in 2018. The Annual Percentage Growth Rate of Scientific Productions was 26.8. The publications showed total 2170 authors of which 09 were authors of ‘single-authored documents’ and 2163 were authors of ‘multi-authored documents’. The Collaboration Index of all published materials was 12.5.CONCLUSIONSThis analysis reflects on the historical perspectives of Health Sciences University publications and its progress in Web of Science indexed Scientific Medical Literature database.

Phytochemicals are any of various biologically active compounds found in plants. These are produced by plants and have biological activity. It has been reported that Murraya koenigii leaf extract is traditionally used to cure dysentery. Dysentery is an intestinal inflammation, primarily of the colon. It can lead to mild or severe stomach cramps and severe diarrhoea with mucus or blood in the faeces. It is the infection in the intestinal tract. One enzyme, which is involved in its biochemical pathway, is known as alcohol dehydrogenase (which have pdb id.1Y9A). The molecular docking was studied by biovia discovery studio. In which the interaction is done between the phytochemical of the plant with the enzyme. The stability of the interaction was evaluated based on –CDocker energy and –CDocker interaction energy.

Objective:Through standardized workload,this paper intends to conduct performance management of family doctor's studio so as to scientifically and dynamically evaluate employees' (family doctors and their assis-tants) work behavior and results. Methods: We enhance the development of family doctor studios and establish 65 (24 categories) services based on the service pack of family doctor using methods like literature review,group inter-view and expert consultation etc. Through time-based standardization,we endeavor to set up quantitative indicators, the content and method of performance assessment and to implement this performance management. Results:Employees' workload, performance and service efficiency have all improved to some extent year-on-year after the workload standardization. Conclusions:It was shown that the performance management of family doctor team through workload standardization could enhance employees' workload, service efficiency and performance significantly. It helps motivate employees to reach their full potential, which is scientific, feasible and effective and fit in with the needs of community health reform.

Objective: To study and design a software system of filling out and submitting on line for the utilization rate of medical equipment so as to realize automatic analysis for the utilization rate of medical equipment in accordance with the time slot. Methods: SQL Server2000 was used as backend database, and Visual Studi2005 that was object-oriented language was adopted as procedure software to research this system. The filled data of client-side were saved in internal storage array of client, and the array of internal storage could be visited through Socket C of client, and then all of these data were disposably send to server. The Socket of server saved these received data in array of internal storage through the link of Socket C at client-side. And server was used as bridge between client and database through to link active data object of Sql serve2000 database, and it saved these received data of client and visited these data of database, and then returned to client and displayed them at client. Results: The software system realized submission on line for the service situation of medical equipment and saved the times of department that used medical equipment and statistic staff who count utilization rate. Through statistic analysis of computer, the system tremendously reduced the error rate and enhanced the accuracy and work efficiency of statistic work for the utilization rate of medical equipment. Conclusion: The software system can effectively replace the manual filling and calculate the utilization situation of medical equipment, and it can enhance timeliness and accuracy of statistic analysis for the utilization of medical equipment.

The first family doctor studio was established at 2011 in Shanghai,afterwards a wide variety of family doctor studios were set up over the country.Family doctor studio has been become a significant form and carrier to promote the family doctor service.However,there are still lacks of unified standards and perfect mechanisms for its operation and evaluation.To adapt the reform of community health service,it is urgent to standardize the family doctor studio,to promote the development of the community health service and the reform of the family doctor system.Based on Zhoujiaqiao mode,Changning District has kept exploring the operation mechanism,standardizing the management and service mode,and promoting brand building of the family doctor studio since 2012.The service mode and operation mechanism of family doctor studio with Changning characteristics has gradually formed.This article summarizes the construction,development and improvement of the family doctor studio.

Objective To investigate the differences in gene expression profiles of peripheral blood from patients with Keshan disease (KD) and the apoptosis mechanism in KD,to obtain diagnostic markers and establish diagnostic centroids plot for KD.Methods RNA was isolated from ten patients with KD diagnosed according to the clinical criteria for KD in China and ten health controls.The expression profiles were evaluated by Agilent 4 ×44K Whole Human Genome density oligonucleotide microarray analysis.The data were extracted by Agilent Feature Extraction Software t test,Pathway studio analysis and prediction analysis for microarray (PAM) were used to identify differently expressed genes,gene pathways,diagnostic markers and establish diagnostic centroids plot.Results Totally 1 570 up-regulated genes and 1 498 down-regulated genes were identified.Thirty-eight enrichment pathways were also identified,and the highest ranked by Pathway studio analysis was related to apoptosis.Six genes involved in apoptosis pathway were up-regulated in KD included ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM),cAMP-dependent protein kinase,protein kinase A (PKA),baculoviral IAP repeat-containing 2 (BIRC2),NLR family,apoptosis inhibitory protein (NAIP),BCL2-1ike 11 (Bim),BCL2-related protein A1 (BCL2A1) and down-regulated were 7 which included caspase 8 (CASP8),BCL2 binding component 3 (BBC3),BCL2--associated athanogene (BAG1),BCL2-associated X protein (BAX),BCL2-1ike 1 (BCL2L1),BCL2-related ovarian killer (BOK),and caspase 6 (CASP6).Forty-two diagnostic markers were obtained through PAM analysis.Conclusions Apoptosis related to genes and pathways might play an important role in the pathogenesis of KD.Forty-two markers could be used as molecular markers for the diagnosis of KD,which is important to the diagnosis of KD.

Molecular Modeling is essential tool in the drug design process describes the generation, manipulation or representation of 3D structures of the molecules and associated physico-chemical properties while docking predicts the preferred orientation of one molecule to a second when bound to each other to form a stable complex. A cold active lipase producing potential psychrophilic bacteria (GN) was isolated and identified by 16S rRNA molecular studies as Pseudomonas vancouverensis. Lipase gene from closely related species P. fluorescens was investigated for their functional role and in silico characterization using molecular modeling and docking studies. A 3D structure of lipase gene was generated with SWISS-MODEL and Discovery Studio 3.0. The stereochemistry of the constructed model of cold active lipase was subjected to energy minimization and the stereo-chemical quality of the predicted structure was assessed. The superimposition of the template (PDBID: 2Z8X) with predicted structure showed that weighted root mean square deviation of Cα trace between the template and the final refined model was 0.2 Å with a significant Zscore of 8.2 and sequence identity was 80.5%. Three ligands P-Nitrophenol, Acetate ion and Diethyl phosphonate were taken for docking calculation with generated structure. They were interacting on the functional motifs of predicted model. It has been observed that Leu26, Tyr29, Asn31, Asp33, Pro315 and Thr316 residues were involved in hydrogen bonding interactions with selected ligands. So these interacted residues can be used as prominent active binding sites and which was common to the predicted active site. Based on above investigations it has been found that P. vancouverensis lipase protein can play a similar role in lipid metabolic process and triglyceride lipase functional activity as reported for P. fluorescens lipase protein.

Type 2 diabetes is an inevitably progressive disease, with irreversible β cell failure. Glycogen synthase kinase and Glukokinase, two important enzymes with diverse biological actions in carbohydrate metabolism, are promising targets for developing novel antidiabetic drugs. A combinatorial structure-based molecular docking and pharmacophore modelling study was performed with the compounds of Hippophae salicifolia and H. rhamnoides as inhibitors. Docking with Discovery Studio 3.5 revealed that two compounds from H. salicifolia, viz Lutein D and an analogue of Zeaxanthin, and two compounds from H. rhamnoides, viz Isorhamnetin-3-rhamnoside and Isorhamnetin-7-glucoside, bind significantly to the GSK-3 β receptor and play a role in its inhibition; whereas in the case of Glucokinase, only one compound from both the plants, i.e. vitamin C, had good binding characteristics capable of activation. The results help to understand the type of interactions that occur between the ligands and the receptors. Toxicity predictions revealed that none of the compounds had hepatotoxic effects and had good absorption as well as solubility characteristics. The compounds did not possess plasma protein-binding, crossing blood–brain barrier ability. Further, in vivo and in vitro studies need to be performed to prove that these compounds can be used effectively as antidiabetic drugs.

Objective To explore a faster and more precise method to establish a 3-dimensional (3 D) finite element model of maxillary in human complete unilateral cleft lip and palate. Methods The surface of the model was created using Materialists Interactive Medical Image Control System (Mimics) software to deal with Dicom standard files obtained by scanning the cranium of the patient with multi-slice helical CT. The 3D finite element model for complete unilateral cleft lip and plate in maxillary was established by Ansys software. Results A 3D finite element model of maxillary in human complete unilateral cleft lip and palate was constructed with 27 405 units and 26 876 nodes. Conclusion The combination of Mimics software, Geomagic studio software, Ansys software, and spiral CT is able to create a 3D finite element counter model, which provides a faster and more valid method to study complete unilateral cleft lip and palate.

This paper introduces a simple ultrasound studio suited to both field battle and peace time, which has many advantages including slight weight, stable structure, easy to take and simple operation. The studio can be applied to all kinds of medical organization and can improve the diagnostic level of ultrasound in field battle and peace time.
