RESUMEN
New derivatives of 6-nitro-2-substituted acetamidobenzothiazole [2a, 3a-e], 3-substituted 2-iminothiazolidin-4-one [4a-e] and 5-arylidene-2-iminothiazolidin-4-one [5a-j] were prepared. The testing for the anthelminitic activity of two of the newly prepared compounds using the earthworm method showed that they produce a promising effect. A number of 5- and 7- [benzimidazol- 2- ylcarbamoyl] methoxycoumarins [27 - 29 and 12 - 14] and 5- and 7- [thiazol-2- ylcarbamoyl] methoxycoumarins [30 - 32 and 15 - 17] have been synthesized. When the compounds were tested for their anthelmintic activity against Hymenolepis nana in mice, 4-methyl-7- [[thiazol-2- ylcarbamoyl] methoxy] coumarin [15], 4,7- dimethyl-5- [[thiazol-2 ylcarbamoyl] ethoxy] coumarin [30] and 6- allyl-4,7 -dimethyl-5- [[thiazol-2 ylcarbamoyl] methoxy] coumarin [32] showed noteworthy effect
