RESUMEN
Congenital epulis [CE] is a rare benign tumour arising from the alveolar process of the maxilla; less frequently from the mandible with a striking preponderance in the females. The maxillary tumour had an associated haemangioma covering the whole anterior aspect of the left alveolar process and the buccal mucosa. A review of literature concerning neonatal CE is presented
