Improvement of ridge height using mucosal graft vestibuloplasty and without [HA] hydroxyapatite ride augmentation

This study was conducted on 10 patients with severely atrophic m and ible and they were divided into two groups [I and II]. HA augmentation was done first and then vestibuloplasty was carried out on all patients of both groups. The results revealed great improvement in ridge height in group II and it was concluded that the combined technique of ridge augmentation and vestibuloplasty is indicated in patients with severely atrophic m and ible
