RESUMEN
Two cases of involvement of the epididymus [secondary epididymal tumours] are described. In the first, a high grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma was diagnosed; the second case was found to derive from a lymphoctyic leukaemia. The diagnostic modalities which are of greatest use are those of ultrasound and, in cases of any lingering doubt, exploration of the testis through an inguinal route
