Résumé
In order to get data about toxic cyanobacteria and their potential sanitary risk in 12 waterbodies situated in the north of Tunisia, some taxonomic, ecological and toxicological studies were undertaken since 2001. This paper provides the first screening of the potential toxic species of cyanobacteria as well as their geographical distribution. The microscopic examination of the phytoplankton samples show 42 species of cyanobacteria; 9 are frequently quoted by the literature as being potentially toxic. Among the inventoried cyanobacteria genera there are Pseudanabaena, Planktothrix Phormidium, Lyngbya, Microcystis, Oscillatoria constitutes the most widespread one. The content of total microcystin [MCYST] was determined by protein phosphatase inhibition assays [PP2A]. The total microcystin, detected in dissolved and paniculate fractions in all the examined samples is generally low and varies between 2 and 7455 ng/l microcystin-LR equivalent per liter. The highest MCYST concentration is observed in autumn and generally in paniculate MCYST concentrations

Gastric stump is a centre of miscellaneus pathologies. - We report 8 cases of cystic gastritis that were observed at patients aged. from 31 to 61 years with a 49 mean age with a male predominance [87,5%] which is in reality that of the operated duodenal ulcer. The mean supervening delay of this lesion was 13,8 years. Dysplasia was observed in 12,5% of cases. -Gastric Stump constitutes a precancerous condition. Dysplasia observed in cystic gastritis constitutes a precancerous lesion. It detecting must begin on and after 5 years after gastrectomy

Gastric stump is centre of miscellaneus pathologies. We report 8 carcinomas. Stump cancer happens 21.7 years et mean after gastrectomy in our patients. The mean age in our patients is 57 years with male predominance, in agreement with litterature data. Endoscopy have established the existence of minimal lesions in all cases. Biopsies were positive in 100% of cases with 5.4 Specimen mean number. These biopsies must be directed to proximity of anastomosis on its posterior wall against afferent ausa. 100% of our cases are carcinomas. Detecting must be annual and must begin 10 years after Surgery

Primary bone angiosarcoma is a rare entity [1% of bone malignant tumors]. One hundred cases is publisched in litterature. It reaches more often men of the fourth decade. It appears clinically by a pain and a functionnal impotence and it is localized in 50% of cases in long bones. it is a tumor that remain confined at the bone and realize radiologically osteolytic pictures. The histological diagnosis is usually easy but the major problem is represented by the prognosis which is unforeseable with a tumor which has a very variable malignant potential who permits in some cases long survivals with the only surgery and in other, the outcome is fatal and striking in 6 months even if all the therapeutical means are used
