Résumé

Primary genitourinary melanoma accounts for less than one percent of all cases of melanoma. Most cases attributed to the prostate actually originate from the prostatic urethra. Due to its infrequency, primary malignant melanoma of the genitourinary tract presents a difficult diagnostic and management challenge. We report a case of primary malignant melanoma of the prostate found during transurethral resection of the prostate

Résumé

The uretero - vaginal fistula are rare and mostly iatrogenic. The diagnosis is easy since all the signs are collected and lot of therapeutic modalities were described in the literature. it's a patient of 40 years old who present urinary leak one week after a haemostatic hysterectomy for uterine rupture. She was surgically treated with uretero - ureteral anastomosis with easier individualization of the distal ureteral segment by using the technique of the loosed ureteral catheter in the retropenitoneum. This technique allows end to end uretero-ureterostomy conserving the physiologic antireflux system and avoiding the complications of the ureterovesical reimplantations

Résumé

Review the mechanisms, clinical aspects and therapeutic modalities of the penile fracture. Material and methods: This retrospective study was designed to investigate the aetiological, functional symptoms and results of clinical examination of 16 penile fracture cases admitted to emergency departement. All of them were treated by an urgent elective suturing of albuginea. The average age was 30 years. The most common mechanism of penile fracture was a forced manipulation of the penis during erection. All of them had a penile hematoma and penile incurvation to the opposite side of fracture. Ten pateints were reviewed with a mean follow up of 4 months. All of them resumed their normal sexual activity and no one of them developed penile incurvation or a fibrotic plate. Diagnosis of penile fracture is essentially clinical. Treatment must be done by an urgent surgical interference
