If the radiological diagnosis of the classical forms of Giant Cell Tumors [T.G.C] is generally easiers than that of agressive forms because of their atypic radiological aspects. Moreover, these aggressive TC. G could be transformed to a possible risk of pulmonary metastasis. In favour of personnal cases, the authors study this pathology to expose theire therapeutic and diagnosic difficulties
