Résumé

The term saddle nose deformity was used to describe the characteristic nasal profile. Six patients with saddle nose deformity were included in this study, five with history of direct trauma to the nose and one was iatrogenic after hump removal. Patients were divided into three groups according to the degree of deformity: Minor degree of supratip depression, moderate to severe depression of nasal dorsum and depression of the bony cartilaginous dorsum with broadening of the nose. Each group received a proper operative management. A follow up for one year was done and the results were satisfactory for the surgeon and the patients
