Résumé

Twenty adult New Zealand white rabbits were divided into four equal groups. The first three groups were orally administered with 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg B.W./day of aspirin respectively for 14 days to study the effect of aspirin on the immune reponse in the rabbits. The results showed that the aspirin induced a significant increase of the WBCs in a the dose 100 and 200 mg/kg B.W. and this effect was pronounced in group which received 400 mg/kg B.W. However, the percentage of lymphocytes was also significantly elevated while the monocytes and basophils showed decline
