Extrarenal angiomyolipomas of the perinephrium

Extrarenal angiomyolipomas occurring in the perinephrium are of extreme rarity. Four cases presented in our hospital were evaluated by the standard imaging techniques. It can present either as a retroperitoneal mass detected incidentally where observation and follow up are only required or as spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage in which case angioembolisation or exploration with renal sparing is indicated

Squamous cell carcinoma of the prostate

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the prostate is rare, however its behaviour is quite different from classical adeno carcinoma of the prostate. We report such one case
