O presente estudo procura colaborar no entendimento sobre os crimes passionais, investigando as percepções de sujeitos que cometeram este tipo de crime. A violência contra a mulher interrompe milhares de vidas no Brasil e no mundo. O método de pesquisa utilizado é de caráter qualitativo, exploratório e descritivo, sendo entrevistados quatro apenados condenados por homicídio de motivação passional. Durante as entrevistas foi apresentada a lâmina nº 13 do Teste de Apercepção Temática (TAT), que serviu como estímulo para o sujeito falar sobre suas percepções acerca de sua história de vida. As entrevistas foram gravadas e transcritas com o consentimento do participante. Os dados foram agrupados em categorias temáticas para análise e interpretação. Os resultados apontaram que os principais motivos que caracterizam a percepção do sujeito sobre crime são: o controle sobre a mulher, problemas relacionadosàs famílias de origem, traição, autopercepção, culpa, medo do abandono e perspectivas para o futuro...
This study seeks to collaborate in understanding crimes of passion by investigating the perceptions of individuals who committed such crime. Violence against women ends thousands of lives in Brazil and worldwide. The study made use of a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive method and interviewed four inmates convicted of murder motivated by passion. During the interviews, card 13 of the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) was shown with the aim of stimulating the subjects to talk about how they perceive their life story. With the interviewees consent, the interviewswere recorded and later transcribed. Data were grouped into thematic categories for analysis and interpretation. Results showed that according to the subjects the main reasons for their crimes was the need to control women, issues related to their families of origin, betrayal, self-perception, guilt, fear of abandonment, and prospects for the future...
