In terms of drugs' concerted application regulation,this article studies usage of drugs in different prescriptions in ZHANG Zhong-jing's Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,and summarizes various drugs' concerted application as follows: First,composite of mutual promotion between two drugs in similar properties;Second,composite of several drugs in same flavour;Third,composite of fusion of flavors and drugs;Fourth,composite of drugs available in same nature;Fifth,composite of drugs in cold and hot nature;Sixth,composite of tonic and laxative;Seventh,composite of the use of mutual assistance between drugs in different properties;Last,composite of change of drugs according to different syndromes.Also,the article,integrating with Zhong-jing's prescriptions,discusses the different concerted apllication above in detail.
Résumé
This article presents that the pathology effects between liver and spleen should be divided into hepatic excess transmitting into the spleen,hepatic asthenia implicating injure to spleen and spleen disease influence the liver.Hepatic excess transmitting into the spleen emphasizes the view of excess to transmit while deficiency not to transmit.The excess syndromes of liver in terms of stagnation of liver-qi,hepatic qi,hepatic fire,hepatic yang,hepatic wind,hepatic coldness,dampness-heat of the liver and stagnant qi with drink,phlegm and blood stasis should be divided into three kinds: native-qi stagnant itself,evolving to pathogenic factor and direct attack induced evil occurring inside,they are all excess disease transmitting into the spleen.The hepatic asthenia implicating injure to spleen should distinguish the liver function and liver substance.Deficiencies of liver function are deficiency of liver-qi and deficiency of liver-yang;Deficiencies of liver substance are deficiency of liver-blood and deficiency of liver-yin.Deficiency of liver-qi induces the spleen pertaining to earth can not be abreaction,deficiency of liver-yang mostly implicates injure to splenic yang,deficiency of liver-blood can not be excessive mother element and having stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen,deficiency of liver-yin involves the yin of spleen and stomach mostly with asthenic liver-yin causing excessive pyrexia and having sign of stomach-fire.The spleen disease influence the liver mainly presents spleen-earth obstructed and hepatic qi stagnation and spleen disease occurred evil to invade liver.
