Regulation mechanism of Compound Yihe Tea on improving insulin resistance in obesity mice / 中国药科大学学报

@#The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Compound Yihe Tea on improving insulin resistance in obesity mice. Thirty-two male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the normal fat diet group(NFD group), high fat diet group(HFD group), Compound Yihe Tea low dosage group［20 mg/(kg ·d), YH-L group］ and high dosage group［40 mg/(kg ·d), YH-H group］. NFD group was given standard feed, and the remaining mice were administered with high fat diet. After 6 weeks, YH-H and YH-L groups were given Compound Yihe Tea for 6 weeks. Blood glucose was measured at week 11 and serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), serum triglyceride(TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured at week 12. Liver tissues were prepared for oil red O and HE staining. Immunohistochemical analysis was used to test the protein expression of GLUT4 in liver. Protein expressions of PI3K, Akt and GLUT4 in epididymis white adipose tissue(WAT)were tested by Western blot. The results showed that Compound Yihe Tea could effectively reduce body weights and the serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C. Furthermore Compound Yihe Tea could improve the histopathological changes of liver, up-regulate the protein expression of PI3K, Akt and GLUT4 in epididymis WAT and the protein expression of GLUT4 in liver. Compound Yihe Tea can reduce the fat accumulation in liver tissue, improve the indexes of blood glucose and lipid levels, and improve insulin resistance via PI3K-AKT-GLUT4 pathway.

The application of superb micro-vascular imaging in predicting pregnancy outcome in patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer / 中华超声影像学杂志

Objective To investigate the role of endometrial thickness,uterine artery and spiral artery blood flow parameters,endometrial and subendometrial blood flow on pregnancy outcome in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycle,compare the difference of the endometrial and subendometrial blood flow typing between the superb micro-vascular imaging (SMI) and power doppler ultrasound (PDUS). Methods Forty-one patients undergoing IVF-ET cycles in our hospital were recruited in this study. Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was performed to determine and record endometrial thickness,peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI), systolic diastolic ratio(S/D) of uterine artery and spiral artery,and degree endometrial and subendometrial blood flow signals were showed under the two blood flow modes of PDUS and SMI respectively on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) injection.The degree of the endometrial and subendometrial blood flow was scored using Applehau classification method.According to the pregnancy outcome,patients were divided into pregnancy group and nonpregnancy group,the difference of the above indicators between the two groups were compared,and the degree of endometrial and subendometrial blood flow under two kinds of blood flow mode were observed.Results ①On the day of HCG injection,patients in pregnancy group had lower RI,PI,S/D of spiral artery than those in the nonpregnancy group (P< 0.05). There were no significant difference between the pregnant group and nonpregnant group in endometrial thickness and the blood flow parameters of uterine artery ( P >0.05). ②On the day of HCG injection,there was significant difference between the pregnant group and nonpregnant group in endometrial and subendometrial blood flow degree with SMI mode ( P =0.005).The patients with type Ⅲ in pregnancy group were most (50% ). ③The endometrial and subendometrial blood flow typing (β= 1.085,OR= 1.085,95% CI=1.040 -8.421, P=0.042) of pregnancy group under SMI mode have an independent predictive value.With increased blood flow typing under endometrial and subendometrial blood flow,the higher the possibility of pregnancy in patients.The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under ROC endometrial and subendometrial blood flow typing SMI mode on the HCG day was 0.746( P =0.008).Conclusions SMI is a new and effective type of Doppler ultrasound technique to evaluate the endometrial and subendometrial blood flow in IVF-ET cycle.On the day of HCG injection,the endometrial and subendometrial blood flow typing in SMI mode may predict pregnancy outcomes in IVF-ET cycles,and guide to choose the best embryo transfer time.

Diagnosis and Treatment Strategy of Pulmonary Embolism after Video-assisted Thoracic Lobectomy / 中国肺癌杂志

BACKGROUND@#To summarize the clinical features of patients with pulmonary embolism after lobectomy and to explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary embolism after lobectomy.@*METHODS@#The clinical data of 6 patients with pulmonary embolism after lobectomy between July 2007 and July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.@*RESULTS@#Of the 6 patients, 3 died within 24 h of onset and 3 patients were cured and discharged.@*CONCLUSIONS@#Pulmonary embolism after lobectomy is a rare postoperative complication in thoracic surgery. It is difficult to diagnose and has a high mortality rate. Preoperative thromboembolic risk assessment and postoperative prevention are important.

Influence of preoperative respiratory function exercise on the postoperative pulmonary function among patients with lung cancer / 中国实用护理杂志

Objective To know the influence of preoperative respiratory function exercise on the postoperative pulmonary function among patients with lung cancer. Methods Divided 80 patients with lung cancer into the observation group and the control group, there were 40 cases in the each group. Routine perioperative nursing cares was used in the control group, while a two weeks respiratory function exercise was used in the observation group. Compared the incidence rate of complications be-tween the two groups after the intervention, some indexes which can indicate the respiratory function were compared before and after the exercise in the observation group. Results The indexes such as PaO_2, SpO_2, MVV, TCL and FEV in the observation group after the respiratory function exercise were better than before significantly. The incidence rate of complications in the control group was more than in the observa-tion group. Conclusions Strengthen respiratory function exercise can effective improve the respiratory func-tion for patients with lung cancer when cured by thoractomy, which can promote patients' compliance, and then avoid certain postoperative complications.
