Mental disorders are characterized by disturbances in behavior,volition,emotion,and cognition and are considered emotional diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Acupuncture is one of the most widely used complementary alternative therapies for the treatment of mental disorders.Recently,there has been growing interest in the use of the Tong Du Tiao Shen(Dredging Du meridian to regulate the spirit)as a primary treatment.However,a comprehensive summary of the establishment and related acupuncture methods of Tong Du Tiao Shen is lacking.This paper aims to address this gap by exploring the origin and development of Tong Du Tiao Shen,its application in treating mental disorders,and the modern biological mechanisms involved.Ultimately,this paper seeks to expand the clinical application of Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture and provide a scientific basis for future research in this field.

Hegu needling is mainly used for the treatment of orthopedic and neurologic diseases, such as cervical spondylosis, third lumbar transverse process syndrome, myofasciitis, periarthritis of shoulder, and stroke sequela, which has a rapid and benefial effect in relieving pain and improving symptoms and signs. It is often combined with other treatment methods, such as point-point needling, electric needling, QI needling, SHU needling, bloodletting, stagnant needling, warm needling, ginger partitioned moxibustion, Qistimulated massage, Tuina, bonesetting and xercise therapy. Filiform needle or round sharp needle are mostly used in Hegu needling. At present, the acupoints of Hegu needling are mostly Ashi points or stimulation points, but the acupoints of the fourteen meridians are rarely selected. Hegu needling is rarely used in the treatment of gynecological and pediatric diseases. Hegu needling has certain effect on dementia, vertigo, panic attack, trigeminal neuralgia, facial paralysis, and cancer pain, but few clinical studies confirmedit.
Résumé
OBJECTIVE To compare two different observed data from Nov 2003 to Apr 2004 and from Jan 2005 to Dec 2005 on hospital-acquired infection in our hospital and put forward the counterned measures.METHODS The bacteria samples from clinic were cultured.RESULTS The Pseudomonas aerugonosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Escherichia coli were common strains of bacteria according to the two years data in our hospital.They were 30.35%,18.41% and 8.46% vs 19.74%,17.11% and 14.04%,respectively.The P.aerugonosa infective constituent ratio was decreased(30.35% vs 19.74%,P
