Office clues in the recognition of congenital heart malformation

Diagnostic tools in the evaluation of patients with congenital heart disease, namely physical examination, electrocardiography, and roentgenology are presented. Physical signs indicative of cardiac defect such as cyanosis and clubbing, chest deformity, precordial activity, cardiac murmurs, and weak pulses are discussed
