Résumé

This article takes the setting of children's rehabilitation specialty in the rehabilitation therapy of Xiamen Medical College as an example, and expounds that in the process of cultivating talents in children's rehabilitation, theoretically, a training model of "2.5+0.5+1" has been built closely around the training goals of "solid foundation, wide caliber and strong skills", highlighting basic pediatric courses, core skills courses for children's rehabilitation therapy and special courses for children's rehabilitation. In practice, the training of "early clinical practice and early probation" for children's rehabilitation skills is stressed. The results show that students have greatly improved their professional knowledge and practical ability, and the effect of "early clinical practice and early probation" is obvious. Among the students who choose the direction of children's rehabilitation, 95% of the students want to engage in the career of children's rehabilitation and believe that the curriculum system will be of great help to their future employment.

Objective To study the correlation between CD8 + T cells' balance and prognosis for patients with diffuse axonal injury(DAI).Methods To collect the 41 patients with DAI as observation group,with 33 cases light craniocerebral injury (LCI) patients and 35 healthy volunteers as control group.We detect the peripheral blood CD8 + CD28 + T cells and CD8 + CD28-T cell percentage,and calculate the ratio of both.The subjects working curve method (ROC) of.the above CD8 + T cells and its ratio were used to predict the prognosis of patients with DAI efficiency evaluation.Results (1) Compared with control group,CD8 + CD28 + T cells in patients with DAI and LCI increased significantly,and DAI was significantly higher than that of LCI group (P < 0.05).Compared with control group,CD8 + CD28-T cells in patients with DAI were decreased,but no statistical difference was found between LCI and the control group,but DAI group was significantly lower than the LCI group (P < 0.05).(2) CD8 + CD28-T cells and CD8 + CD28 +/CD8 + CD28-ratio were correlated with DAI diagnosis (P =0.003,0.000).When the percentage of CD8 + CD28-T cells =2.95%,the sensitivity of the diagnosis of DAI was 87.49%,86.21%;When the ratio of CD8 + CD28 +/CD8 + CD28-=7.39,the sensitivity was 92.63%,90.71%.(3) a total of 7 cases of patients died within 1 week after injury,CD8 + CD28 + T cells and CD8 + CD28 +/CD8 + CD28-ratio were significantly negative correlated with survival time (r =-0.739,-0.834,P =0.021,0.002),and CD8 + CD28-T cells were significantly positive correlated with survival time (r =0.782,P =0.006).Conclu sions Decreasing CD8 + CD28-T cells and higher CD8 + CD28 +/CD8 + CD28-ratio in patients with DAI immunological characteristics,especially the ratio (balance) is closely corrected with the diagnosis and prognosis of DAI.

Résumé

In this paper is presented an active contour model applied to vascular image segmentation. This model can adaptively adjust the proportion of global and local intensity information in accord with the anastomosis status between local contour and boundaries. Our method is able to work effectively on segmentation of angiographic image with intensity inhomogeneity and noise. Compared with other methods, our method is not sensitive to initialization and it eliminates the need for manual adjustment of new parameter.

Résumé

Ultrasonic scalpels,including incision type and aspiration type,are introduced from aspects of the principles,key technologies and clinical application.Uitrasonic scalpel has the advantages of less bleeding,exact incision,,safety,shortened time of operation and less damage to surrounding tissue.Some technology problems of ultrasonic scalpel are also summarized.It is pointed out that ultrasonic scalpel is the tendency and direction of clinical surgery development,which has extensive application prospects.

The widely application of the radio knife alleviates the patient's pain and improve the medical quality.The radio knife is high frequency power equipment based on the theory that electricity concentrates on the skin.It can directly cut the tissue,homeostasis and cauterize.The safety requirement of this equipment is very strict because unsafe operation will burn the tissue,cause temporal unaware hurt and even endanger the patient's life.If the safety support system is imperfect,disastrous loss or medical conflict will be caused.Users must be cautious in using and familiar with the safety and protection of the radio knife.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):96-98,104]
