Résumé
Different types of conjunctival flaps were performed for 39 cases with resistant corneal ulcerations. Total flaps were 1 for large central corneal ulcers [23 cases], bridge flaps for small central or paracentral ulcers [11 cases] and peripheral flaps for marginal small ulcers [5 cases]. All the cases showed complete healing in 5-10-14 days whatever the cause and duration of resistant ulcers or the time of flap recession
