RÉSUMÉ
Se analizan los resultados de una investigación realizadas en 15 instituciones cubanas, que representan cuatro grupos de organizaciones que trabajan intensivamente con información. Su objetivo fue analizar el comportamiento de diferentes variables en los contextos particulares de cada uno y valorar si el tipo de institución favorecía o no el comportamiento de los diferentes contextos para la creación del conocimiento. Se aplicó una entrevista en forma de cuestionario a directivos o especialistas de las instituciones seleccionadas intencionalmente. Se presenta el comportamiento de cuatro tipos de contextos de Gestión del Conocimiento en las instituciones objeto de estudio. Se ofrecen consideraciones acerca del comportamiento de algunas variables en las instituciones estudiadas y se comprueba que el comportamiento identificado se corresponde con lo identificado en la literatura sobre el tema.
An analysis is provided of the results of a study conducted in 15 Cuban institutions representing four groups of organizations where information is used intensively. The objective was to analyze the behavior of different variables in the particular contexts of each, and determine whether or not the type of institution facilitated knowledge creation in the different contexts. An interview in the form of a questionnaire was applied to managers or specialists from intentionally selected institutions. A presentation is provided of the behavior of four types of Knowledge Management contexts at the institutions studied. Considerations are included about the behavior of some variables at the institutions studied. It was found that the behavior identified corresponds to the one described in the bibliography about the topic.
