RÉSUMÉ

Objective:To establish safety objectives and strategies for power distribution of medical equipment to minimize the hazard of electrical switching to medical equipment. Methods:Based on the Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment(HARA)method, the equipment hazard factors analysis and risk assessment were conducted for electrical switching from the perspective of medical equipment safety management. The Deming Cycle(PDCA)closed-loop management process was adopted to formulate refined the medical equipment power distribution safety objectives and response strategies. Results:In 2023,a total of 6 equipment failures occurred during the two periodic electrical shutdown operations carried out in the hospital's power distribution room, which was significantly lower than the average of 20.4 failures caused by electrician shutdowns from 2018 to 2022,and zero failure in Level I load department and other high-risk areas. Conclusion:The objective and strategy of power distribution safety of medical equipment are highly targeted and implemented, which is an effective way to implement the life cycle fine management of medical equipment.

RÉSUMÉ

Based on the analysis of the network layout and functional structure of the central monitoring system, the daily maintenance strategy and common fault maintenance methods were discussed. In terms of function structure, the central monitoring system of inpatient ward was divided into four modules:network architecture, monitoring terminal, central monitoring and data management, which realized the functions of monitoring patients'vital signs, data transmission display, analysis and alarm. In the event of failure of equipment, the source of structural components was analyzed based on the fault phenomenon, and the failure handling was carried out by one by one.In the process of dealing with network faults, the signals before and after the switch were detected and analyzed according to the fault scope. When abnormal results of physiological parameters were found, the factors such as human operation, patient cooperation, and equipment hardware and software failures were considered at the same time. The cause of the failure was eliminated according to the results of the observation and test;the equipment returned to normal service after the failure.Medical personnel and equipment engineers should be familiar with the network layout of the central monitoring system, carry out routine maintenance, carefully make troubleshoot faults in maintenance and standardize operation and constantly improve the operation quality of the central monitoring system.

RÉSUMÉ

Inhibitory ability of children with developmental dyscalculia (DD) was investigated to explore the cognitive mechanism underlying DD. According to the definition of developmental dyscalculia, 19 children with DD-only and 10 children with DD&RD (DD combined with reading disability) were selected step by step, children in two control groups were matched with children in case groups by gender and age, and the match ratio was 1:1. Psychological testing software named DMDX was used to measure inhibitory ability of the subjects. The differences of reaction time in number Stroop tasks and differences of accuracy in incongruent condition of color-word Stroop tasks and object inhibition tasks between DD-only children and their controls reached significant levels (P<0.05), and the differences of reaction time in number Stroop tasks between dyscalculic and normal children did not disappear after controlling the non-executive components. The difference of accuracy in color-word incongruent tasks between children with DD&RD and normal children reached significant levels (P<0.05). Children with DD-only confronted with general inhibitory deficits, while children with DD&RD confronted with word inhibitory deficits only.
