From 1978 to 2019, the cause of neurosurgery in China has developed rapidly, and the surgical treatment of pituitary adenoma has achieved good results.. This article focuses on the surgical treatment of pituitary adenomas from imaging techniques, surgical techniques and anesthesia techniques, and looks forward to the future.

Objective To describe the lived experience of mothers of children with hydrocephalus. Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 14 mothers of children with hydrocephalus. Data were analyzed based on Colaizzi phenomenotogical research method. Results Through the analysis, sorting and refining the theme, the mother's care experience could be divided into three themes: psychological emotional, stress response, social support requirements. Conclusions Nursing staff should have a thorough understanding of the experience to provide medical care and emotional support, improve the ability of the parents care,which could help caregiver adapt to their roles, maintain and promote the health of children patients and their families .

@#ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features and nursing care of neuralgic amyotrophy.MethodsThe course of the treatment and nursing in a group of patients with idiopathic neuralgic amyotrophy was analyzed retrospectively.ResultsMyoatrophy was found in all patients, while 42% of patients were involved in both sides. Serious pain, as initial symptom, was found in 92% of patients. After medical and physical treatment, as well as holistic nursing care, the pain disappeared in 1～2 weeks in all patients but one. All patients had been followed up for 2～13 months, muscle power was recovered in 67% of all patients, partially recovered in 33% of patients.ConclusionThe careful nursing and observation is very helpful for recover of neuralgic amyotrophy and can decrease complications.
