Application of"double-tutorial system"on practice of higher vocational laboratory medical students / 中华医学教育探索杂志

In order to improve the practice effect of the vocational college students in the laboratory of basic hospital, this subject explored the "double-tutorial system" in the practice of higher vocational college students. The selection criteria of whole mentoring and professional tutors, the specific duties of tutors and the assessment standards of both tutors and students were determined according to local condi-tions of the personnel structure in basic hospital. The implementation of "double-tutorial system" promoted the professional ethics, interpersonal communication ability, psychological quality and professional profi-ciency of the higher vocational college students. Meanwhile, young teachers in the department enhanced their teaching ability, professional skills and self-confidence, so that the technical personnel construction of the department was strengthened.

Effects of levothyroxine intervention on premature delivery occurrence risk in early pregnant women complicating subclinical hypothyroidism:a meta analysis / 国际检验医学杂志

Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine(L-T4) intervention on premature delivery occurrence risk in early pregant women complicating subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods The databases of PubMed,EMBASE,EBSCO,Cochrane library,CBM and Wanfangdata were retrieved for collecting the related literatures on pregnancy complicating subclinical hypothyroidism published from January 1980 to March 2017.The undesirable studies were deleted according to the inclusion standard.The meta analysis was performed by using the RevMan5.3 software.Results (1) The 12 articles on premature delivery occurrence risk in pregnan women complicating subclinical hypothyroidism without intervention were included(accumulated 5 612 cases of samples and accumulated 368 cases of premature delivery),802 pregnant women received L-T4 intervention,the control group (4 810 cases) was the pregnant women of normal thyroid.The merged OR was 3.46,95%CI 2.64-4.54,P<0.05.(2) Twenty-one articles on premature delivery occurrence risk in pregnan women complicating subclinical hypothyroidism treated by L-T4 in meta analysis were included(accumulated 2561 cases of samples and accumulated 286 cases of premature delivery).The merged ORwas 5.37,95%CI 3.90-7.38,P<0.05).Conclusion Early pregnancy complicating subclinical hypothyroidism can increase the risk of preterm birth,whereas adopting the L-T4 intervention therapy can significantly reduce the risk of premature delivery occurrence.

Relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor-B and ocular neovascularization disease / 中华实验眼科杂志

Abnormal neovascularization can lead to a variety of eye diseases,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) plays an important role in the generation and development of neovascularization diseases.As a member of VEGF family,VEGF-B can regulate neovascularization by the effect of vascular survival and cell apoptosis,in order to inhibit the generation and development of neovascularizition,while it has an insignificant impact to angiogenesis and vascular permeability.Meanwhile,VEGF-B can protect cardiac and neuron.As a method of clearly effective to treat neovascularization disease,anti-VEGF attracts extensive attention.Because of the dual character of VEGF-B,we need more studies on the effect of treating ocular neovascularization disease by the drug of anti-VEGF-B.This review summarizes the role of VEGF-B in blood vessel,cell,neuron and cardiac of body and its application in the treatment of ocular neovascularization disease.
