Through combing the objects of the medical digital resources of long-term preservation,analyzing the characteristics of medical digital resources,and discussing challenges coming from medical big data,the paper researches the long-term preservation architecture of medical digital resources primarily from life cycle,standard specification,storage architecture,monitoring management and preservation mode to provide effective guidance for comprehensive long-term preservation construction of medical digital resources.

Résumé

The paper summarizes and shares the current key technology of OSGi including the hierarchical model, the extended func-tion, the realization framework and the technical features.It illustrates OSGi's special advantages in service-oriented development of the modern information application system by giving examples and combining the three typical application fields, namely medical and health service, scientific research platform construction and remote information processing.

Résumé

Objective To sieve the bioactive constituents of Plumbago zeylanica, serum pharmacochemistry research was performed. Method Based on the establishment of HPLC fingerprints of Plumbago zeylanica, the constituents absorbed into blood were determined by comparing the HPLC fingerprints of the methanol extracts, medicated serum samples and blank serum sample. Results One compound absorbed into blood was detected, the other might be metabolites of the original constituent. Conclusion The one onstituent absorbed into blood was possible bioactive component of Plumbago zeylanica.
