Objective To investigate the effects of 8-week Grade 2 and 5 Aerobic Dances on physical fitness and visual evoked potentials(VEPs)of female students.Methods ① Forty five female student volunteers were randomly divided into three groups:control group(C).Grade 2(G2)and 5(G5)Aerobic Dances groups.The aerobic dances groups took part in Chinese National Aerobic Dance Grade 2(135 tempo/min)and 5(148 tempo/min)separately,lh/day,3 days/week,for 8 weeks.②Physical fitness in three groups was compared before and after 8 weeks.③The NDI-200 neural electricity tester(Haishen)was applied to measure the PR-VEPs in all subjects before and after the experiment,and the changes in VEPs latencies,inter-peak latencies and peak to peak amplitudes were compared.ResuIts①The number of sit-ups with 90°knees flexion and sit-and reach,and maximuin oxygen uptake of both groups G2 and G5 increased significantly(P0.05).Conclusion Both Grade 2 and 5 Aerobic Dances could improve the physical fitness and shorten the VEP P_(100) latency,especially the Grade 5 Aerobic Dance.

Objective To explore the anti-tumor effects of Egr-IFNγ gene therapy combined with 125I-UdR radionuclide therapy in mice bearing H22 hepatocarcinoma and its mechanism. Methods The recombinant plasmid pcDNAEgr-IFNγ mixed with liposome was injected into tumor. 48 h later, 370 kBq 125I-UdR was injected into tumor. The tumor growth rates at different times were observed. After 3 d gene-radionuclide therapy, the concentration of IFNγ in cytoplasm of H22 cells and cytotoxic activities of splenic CTL of the mice in different groups were examined. Results The tumor growth rates of pcDNAEgr-IFNγ +125 I-UdR group were obviously lower than those of control group, 125I-UdR group and pcDNAEgr-1 +125I-UdR group 6-15 d after gene-radionuclide therapy. IFNγ protein was found in cytoplasm of H22 cells in PcDNAEgr-1FNγ+125I-UdR group after 3 d gene-radionuclide therapy. Cytotoxic activity of splenic CTL in pcDNAEgr-IFN7 + 125I-UdR group was significantly higher than that in the other groups (P<0.01). Conclusions The anti-tumor effects in vivo of pcDNAEgr-IFNγ gene therapy combined with 125I-UdR radionuclide therapy are better than those of 125I-UdR therapy.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the effects of microencapsulated NGF expressing NIH3T3 cells on the repair of peripheral nerve defect in rats.Methods Thirty SD male rats with 10 mm defect of sciatic nerve were randomly divided into three groups(n=10).Group A: The nerve defect was bridged with heterogeneous nerve,the neural regeneration room was formed and filled with microencapsulated NGF expressing NIH3T3 cells.Group B: Autogenous nerve grafting was performed.Group C: The nerve defect was bridged with heterogeneous nerve,the neural regeneration room was formed and filled with microencapsulated NIH3T3 cells.The walking track analysis,electrophysiological and morphological observation were performed 12 weeks after operation.Results There were no significant differences of sciatic nerve function index,nerve concluctive velocity,histological changes of regenerative nerve,maturation degree of regenerative nerve fiber between group A and group B 4,8,12 weeks after operation;group A and B were surperior to group C(P
