RÉSUMÉ
Vertebrobasilar insufficiency is associated with Cervical Arthritis, Vertigo and Tinnitus. Tinnitus in 19 patients has been managed by cervical traction, infrard heat and isometric neck exercises. No medication has been used during this therapy Ten sessions of treatment were done for every case. Physical therapy treatment is non invasive, it releases muscle spasm, increase blood circulation, strengthen neck muscles and has no side effects. This treatment is effective and more successful than medical therapy
