Objective@#To identity patterns of psychological abuse and neglect among male and female adolescents, and to examine the relationship between psychological abuse and neglect with mobile phone dependence.@*Methods@#A total of 1 070 adolescents from 5 middle schools in Ganzhou and Wuhan were investigated with Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale (CPANS), Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale (MPAI) and demographic questionnaire. Latent profile analysis (LPA) was used to construct typologies of psychological abuse and neglect involvement in male and female adolescents.@*Results@#Three latent classes were identified for boys: low level psychological abuse and neglect group (56.68%), medium level psychological abuse and neglect group ( 29.80 %), high level psychological abuse and neglect group (13.52%). For girls, four latent classes were identified including low level psychological abuse and neglect group (49.38%), medium level psychological abuse and neglect group (29.01%), high level psychological abuse and neglect group (11.12%); high level psychological abuse group (10.49%). Adolescents who suffered from psychological abuse and neglect were more likely to be dependent on mobile phones. Among them, boys dependence on mobile phones was manifested as out of control, withdrawal, escape and inefficiency[Medium level: B(95%CI )=0.28(0.12-0.44),0.29(0.11-0.46),0.35(0.16-0.53),high level: B(95%CI )=0.37(0.16-0.59),0.42(0.19-0.65),0.33(0.07-0.59),0.50(0.25- 0.74 ), P <0.05], while girls showed evasion and inefficiency in high levels of psychological abuse[ B(95%CI )=0.34(0.01-0.67),0.46(0.14-0.78), P <0.05].@*Conclusion@#There are heterogeneous differences in psychological abuse and neglect between male and female adolescents, and the relationship between each category and mobile phone dependence varies. The results provide suggestions for adolescent mental health intervention.

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic ultrasonography assistance in minimally invasive surgery for uterine leiomyoma patients and provide scientific basis for reducing the recurrence rate of uterine leiomyoma. Methods 156 cases of uterine leiomyoma from January 2011 to June 2014 were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method, 78 cases in each. The control group were treated with conventional laparoscopic surgery, while the observation group with laparoscopic ultrasonography assistance, then compare the postoperative residue, recurrence in 12 months at different time points and the number of fibroids diameter, analyze the relationship between number of uterine muscle tumor and residual recurrence. Results There were no significant differences in operation time, blood loss, length of hospital stay and anal exhaust time between the two groups. The proportion of patients in the observation group and the recurrence rate within 12 months were significantly lower than those in the control group, the number of uterine leiomyomas in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months after operation. The patients in the two groups were followed up for 3 months and 6 months the maximum diameter of uterine leiomyoma was not statistically significant, the observation group 9 months and 12 months after the maximum diameter of uterine fibroids was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant; with the patient's uterine muscle the number of residual tumor and the recurrence rate were significantly increased. When the number of uterine leiomyomas was 10 or more, the residual rate was 100.0% and the recurrence rate was 80.0%. Conclusion Laparoscopic ultrasonography assistance in minimally invasive surgery for patients with uterine fibroids can effectively reduce the postoperative residual rate and recurrence rate, worthy of clinical promotion.

The relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvascular density (MVD) marked by CD105 (CD105-MVD),and that between CD105-MVD and the clinicopathological characteristics of primary pterygium were investigated. The streptavidin-biotin complex (SABC) immunohistochemical staining in paraffin-embedded tissues was used to detect the expression of VEGF in 23 cases of primary pterygia and 7 normal conjunctival specimens. The antibody against CD105 was used to display vascular endothelial cells, and MVD was examined by counting the CDl05-positive vascular endothelial cells. The correlations of VEGF and CD105-MVD,and those of CD105-MVD and clinicopathological data were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0.The expression of VEGF was significantly increased in epithelia (P=0.000),endothelia and stroma cells (P=0.005) in primary pterygia as compared with normal conjunctivae. The CD105-MVD in pterygia (mean 19.22±6.68) was higher than that in normal conjunctivae (mean 4.00±2.15,P=0.000).MVD in pterygia was significantly associated with the Tan classification (P=0.000) and the VEGF expression level in the stroma (P=0.020),but not with sex (P=0.61),age (P=0.150) or the VEGF expression level in the epithelia (P=0.518).Our results suggest that over-expression of VEGF and high CD105-MVD in primary pterygium may contribute to the progression by increasing angiogenesis and growth of primary pterygium.
